This is the place you'll be happy to be, totally remodeled! This super bright apartment is located in a very quiet and small street in the heart of Graça, one of the most historic districts of Lisbon. With a delicious decoration, the apartment can accommodate 4 people, and 1 baby, since we can provide a baby cot! It consists of a bedroom with 1 double bed with views to the Convento da Graça, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds with wardrobe, a living room full of light, cable TV with more than 100 channels, English, French and Spanish, free wi-fi, a fully equipped kitchen with everything you might need, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, coffee machine, toaster, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, 2 bathrooms with shower, and also a balcony with some views of the Tagus River! On the highest hill of the famous seven hills of Lisbon, right next to Alfama and São Jorge castle, Graça is a traditional neighbourhood with a real taste of old Lisbon: the "butcher's shop". (butchery), the "bakeries" and "pastry shops", and the "winery". But also the convenience of supermarket chains, bank branches and ATMs. Hip and traditional restaurants and "tascas" (pubs) offer fantastic Portuguese cuisine. You will be one step away from two of Lisbon's most beautiful panoramic viewpoints, Miradouro da Graça and Miradouro da Nossa Senhora do Monte, where you will have stunning views over the Tagus river "Tejo" and the hills of Lisbon! At an easy walking distance of 5m you will be in the district of Alfama, 10m from the Castle, 15m from Mouraria, and in all the main points of interest of central Lisbon. In a 5 minute walk you will find the flea market "Feira da Ladra" the most typical and genuine street market of the city that happens on Saturdays and Tuesdays (better in the morning). This is the market where you can find... everything! The most legendary tram in Lisbon - number 28 - that passes through the main districts of the city, stops 80 meters from the Apartment. The apartment is located 20 minutes walk from the main international railway station of Santa Apolónia and 20 minutes by car from the airport. You will also find some buses from Graça to the city centre. You will stay in the right place to experience the atmosphere and character of Lisbon, you will be happy to choose this apartment! ;-)

- Check-in between 21h00 and 23h00 has a fee of 20€. Between 23h00 and 01h00 the fee is 30€.

- During the month of June, Lisbon hosts popular festivals. There will be many events with music, dancing and food in the streets. The festival will be especially popular in our neighborhood between the 8th and 20th of June.

Very nice apartment in great area of Lisboa

Really enjoyed our time at the apartment. Host was great and communication was on time and helpful. I would wholeheartedly recommend with two small caveats. First, if you are tall, the upstairs area around the master bed makes for a lot of ducking. Second, there are a number of bars and restaurants immediately below the apartment and the music and crowd noises go well into the night. If you are fine with a lively scene, you will really enjoy it.

Beautiful spot in Lisbon

This property is perfect for two couples with two sleeping rooms and two bathrooms and there is good storage space. The kitchen is well stocked. There is a washing machine that helped on our trip. A large dining table and four chairs is where we spent our apartment time, working, playing games, having meals together. There are many windows to let in tons of lignt. You can close up to minimize the fun on the street. There are restaurants just below the apartment. Uber is easy in Lisbon. We used it often. The hills are steep. The roads are winding and confusing. Our stay was great. Loved this apartment.

We LOVED this place!

GREAT location: 20-30 minute walk to many different neighborhoods. 8 min walk to a metro stop. Note walking back up the hill is no joke. The place was very nice and cozy - it felt great to hang out there. There was some noise at night from the restaurants downstairs, but it wasn't terrible. It was just a couple of blocks to a grocery store, and a great bakery is just downstairs. This place worked perfectly for us.

Gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung in Graca, 50 Meter bis zur Tram 28E. In der Nachbarschaft gibt es viele Restaurants, Bäcker, Supermärkte. Perfekte Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter.

From Chicago to Lisbon

This property was updated and very clean. The beds were very comfortable and it's about a 20 minute walk to the city center. The downside to this place for me was there were several restaurants and bars on the street below the apartment which interrupted my sleep several times throughout the night. If you are a sound sleeper it should not be a problem, but for me it was not good. That was the one downside to this place in my opinion.

Perfect charming flat in Lisbon

We loved our stay at Juan's flat! it was beautifully decorated, had the old historic charm we were looking for, and was impeccably clean. The location was excellent, as it was on a little side street without cars, and it was a two minute walk to catch the trolley or bus. We enjoyed the little wine bar right across from the apartment as well. Juan was very quick and clear with communication, and we did not experience any issues whatsoever. I highly recommend this great flat!

The apartment is just fantastic.

The location is ideal for a short and longer visit to Lissabon. Located in dead end street an very calm, everything in short walking distance, restaurants, shops, bus and tram station, just super. The owner of the apartment equipped the apartment with much love in details thus we felt warmly welcome for our two weeks stay. It was just fantastic and even more than five stars!!!

Chic, Comfortable and in a Real Neighbourhood

The apartment is in a real neighbourhood so one has a real sense of sharing life with locals even if it is only for a few days. We were there for 12 days and felt at home in the neighbourhood and in the apartment. A large, airy and light filled apartment with very comfortable beds which would easily sleep a family of four; and it has a very functional kitchen and dining area. It had all the amenities of home, including a washing machine that I wanted to take home!! Juan was very helpful in spite of us arriving late and Maria, the owner, was very warm, friendly and very nice. We loved the neighbourhood feel and yet we were very close to all the sights and attractions. With a complete suite upstairs it felt like two apartments with a shower upstairs and downstairs. There is a pastry shop below us, a wine bar across from us and a restaurant on one side and a little grocery store next to the pastry shop. All local and family run. Thank you Juan and thank you, Maria for making our stay such a comfortable one. It was a pleasure to stay in your apartment, Maria. Michael and Shamim Brown

Perfekt

Perfekte Übergabe durch Lucia, Rückgabe auch problemlos. Maisonettewohnung über zwei Etagen direkt in Graca, drei Bäcker innerhalb einer Minute erreichbar, annehmbare Restaurants innerhalb 5 Minuten. Supermarkt Pingo Doce ebenfalls zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist sauber und gut ausgestattet. Klimaanlagen im Preis enthalten. Um zur Wohnung zu kommen muss fast zwangsläufig die historische Tram 28 benutzt werden, die in der Hauptreisezeit mit Touris überfüllt ist, was dann manchmal etwas anstrengend ist. Der Transport vom Flughafen zur Wohnung hat uns per Taxi 10.-€ gekostet. Die Wohnung ist absolut zu empfehlen und wir selbst würden sie bei einem weiteren Lissabonbesuch wieder buchen !

Awesome stay in a great appartment

The appartment is situated in a lovely, narrow street with some typical local shops. Everything is nearby also some good restaurants. The appartment is very well equiped, looks great, more then enough space, 2 bathrooms en very clean. The neighborhood Graca and also Alfama were very very nice to discover. Also the rest of Lisbon we saw, a great city and really really nice people. We would love to come back and stay again at this appartment!

Wonderful apartment in Graça

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. L'appartement est lumineux et fonctionnel. Sa situation permet de commencer la visite de la ville à pied en descendant vers le Tage. De plus Juan est très disponible et donne d'excellents conseils.

Beautiful apartment, great location & great people

This is a beautiful spacious apartment in a perfect location for exploring the city and taking full advantage of Lisbon's integrated public transport system. Myself and my wife enjoyed hopping on and off the old no. 28 tram which is on a par with the cable cars in San Francisco. Lisbon is a beautiful city full of character and history but the highlight of our visit was experiencing the friendliness of the people. None more so than the owner of the property Juan, who could not have been more helpful in recommending how to get the most from our visit. Which we very much did.

Cozy home away from home

Everything is just perfect about these two-level apartments. Illuminated by the sun due to full length windows these spacious apartments are very sunny and warm. From the bedroom attic window one can see the iconic bridge and colourful rooftops. Within the walking distance there are lots of mini markets, confectioneries and Pingo Doce is just 5 min away. The 28 tram stop is a few min down the street. It will take you right to the Chiado district. The host, Juan, who we met for the second time, is as always very attentive and professional. He presented us with a bottle of wine and red delicious apples upon arrival which was very sweet of him. We surely recommend this place to everyone planning to visit Lisbon as it is a good value for money. But, unfortunately, no one will have this experience celebrating 2018 New Year as we have already booked these apartments again.. ))) Irina & Natalia

A very nice place !

This apartment in the very nice, authentic and lively neighborhood of Graca offers all you can ask for. It is completely furnished and equipped, light and modern, the pictures give a very good impression. All kind of restaurants, shops, cafes, bakeries etc. are in short walking distance as well as a tram stop (line 28). It is not completely quiet, but who would expect that in such a part of town? Top recommendation for a Lisbon trip !
