Enjoy this beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath end unit with a private balcony/porch area and lots of space! Porch overlooks open area to the river so you can listen to the sounds of rushing water. A wood burning fireplace and a variety of games in the cozy living room will make for great for socializing. Walk to everything in town, including groceries, restaurants, the sledding hill at Hideaway Park and the main resort bus line. Mountain biking and hiking right out the door! Condo's rec center includes an indoor pool, 3 hot tubs, a pool table, and workout facilities.

Winter Park Getaway

We had a great stay at the property during our Spring Break. My girlfriend and I had our two kids with us (both 12yo) and they had a wonderful time. Perfect proximity to town and all the things you need to get to to enjoy Winter Park.

Long family weekend

This was a perfect spot for a family of 5 getting away for the weekend. The condo was right off the bus line to the mountain and was great to have the kitchen open to the family room.

Great Location and Nice Condo

We enjoyed our stay and found it very convenient to the shuttle and the ski resort. Plenty of space and nicely updated. The sauna was fun too. Great communication from the owner too.

Thank you for your review. I never heard from you regarding any issues, particularly regarding the furnace, pillow cases/sheets, or toilet. We provided 12 pillows with pillow cases for your party of 5. Additional sheets for the pull-out beds were accessible in the closets, but we assumed the 4 double beds were enough for your party. What toilet issues did you have? As far as we know, everything was working properly, but we are sorry to hear you were unhappy. Please feel free to contact us if you need help!
