About this property

Cozy and convenient family condo in heart of downtown Winter Park

Welcome to our home away from home. This property is a three bedroom, two bath condo located just off main street of Winter Park. Walk to restaurants, shopping and bars - plus the free ski shuttle is directly in front of our building. The property also has a new clubhouse with an indoor pool, two indoor hot tubs, an outdoor hot tub, pool table, fitness center and kids area. Sit on the deck and watch the kids play on the sled hill behind the condo, or play on the new playground. The condo is stocked with everything you need to relax and have fun. During the summer, walk to the amphitheater for concerts and events.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

We are rare natives from Denver and have always wanted a home up in the mountains. Our dream came true and we are so excited to share it (and, let's face it, helps pay the mortgage). We have two young kids and wanted a place we can go to be together as a family and build fun memories together. We also come from a large family, so we wanted plenty of space to bring everyone up for weekend getaways.

Why they chose this property

We love Winter Park because it is so easy to get to, and still has more of a local feel that is different from some of the bigger resorts. It's still an affordable place to visit, and has so much to offer for everyone. We fell in love with this condo because it is so close to town, the ski shuttle is right at our doorstep and it has so many amenities for our family. We're having fun putting our own personal touches on it.
