We only rent a week at a time Saturday to Saturday.

Luxurious 2100 square feet condominium at Villa La Estancia, Ground-floor unit a few short footsteps to the pools and beach. Located on Medano Beach, the only swimming beach in Cabo, just minutes to downtown Cabo. Overlooks the Sea of Cortez with dramatic views of Lands End. Enjoy the comforts and services of a five-star resort at an affordable price. The property has 5 hot tubs, two pools and a swim up bar. You can swim in the Ocean or simply relax on the beach sipping a margarita from the pool restaurant. This property is very kid friendly and the ground floor is definitely the place to be for an amazing family vacation. No more 15 minute walks back to the condo. All inclusive is available, just contact me for prices and reservations.

The villa will sleep six comfortably with a king bed and two queens. No Hard Beds! We have pillowtop mattresses! Fully-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar. Tastefully decorated by the owners with a personal touch. Guests are entitled to all the privileges at the adjoining sister properties, Villa Del Palmar Resort and Villa del Arco including a deli and market, video store, and restaurants.

A perfect condo for families and fitness fans.

The stay here was awesome. It's literally 10 steps to the pool from the patio. Similarly to the fitness center. We stayed here with our four kids and it was perfect. We could easily nip backwards and forwards to the pool. Ring concierge if we had anything we needed. We needed a crib and a wine bottle opener and the responded quickly. Decor and furnishings are all nice. A/C lovely.

Best location in Cabo!

If you are looking for easy beach swimming access pool you can see, no hallways, no elevators, great workout facilities, close restaurants but just a short cab ride to Cabo's center, this is the condo to stay in! This condo is spacious, right on the pool level, and has a great gated patio. My family stayed here over Christmas and we had a blast. Our two older teenagers had freedom, hence the parents had some freedom. Highly recommend. Rick is very easy to work with and responds very quickly if you have questions. Enjoy~

Perfect vacation

The unit was beautiful! The ground floor unit made access super easy, the room was clean, stocked well for a vacation rental and extremely comfortable. If you are traveling with young kids make note the room with two beds is not accessible from the main unit. You have to access it either from the patio slider or the outside front door. It worked perfectly for us with teenagers though.

Awesome property, great location!

Rick's property is awesome and Rick was very responsive to my emails. We traveled with 2 teenage boys (14 and 17) and they totally were into the set-up of the 2nd bedroom , which is adjoined by an outsoor foyer. Great feature if traveling with another couple. The pictures on this site are exactly the way the property looks...no staging. Unit comes equipped with just about anything you need to be comfortable and settle in, including some board games and puzzles when you need some down time. We liked the idea of being on the ground floor and able to walk out the door and be at the pool or fitness center. As far as the resort itself, it is totally high-end. From the moment we were greeted, the staff was nothing but helpful. The resort is pristine. Drinks and food available poolside were really good and reasonably priced. The ability to use the facilities/restaurants at the adjoining Villa del Palmar and del Arco a plus. Nice market on site as well. Although we were traveling at the height of spring break, the resort was filled with families families and couples, as opposed to groups of "spring breakers". Property is approximately 1 mile from town, which I felt a positive traveling with teens. You can walk down the beach (but will be hustled the entire way) or it's a straight shot down the road. Daily, we'd walk into town and taxi'd back in the evening ($10 fare). We would definitely try to stay at Rick's place again when we return to Cabo.

Over The Top!

That's how my mother-in-law described Rick's condo and she wasn't exaggerating. This place has it all. Conveniently located on the ground floor within a few steps to the pool and health club, 20 minute walk to the marina and pier. If you rent a car as we did parking was a breeze. A short walk through a side door next to the condo and you were in the parking lot. Great for bringing in groceries and coming back from dinner in town or short day trips. A few feet from the beach and the outdoor hot tubs (overlooking the ocean). As far is the condo is concerned...top shelf all the way. New stainless steel appliances, fully outfitted kitchen with all the utensils you need to cook up a great meal, outdoor barbeque grill which we used to grill fresh caught Dorado and Tuna. Three full bathrooms which was more than enough for our group of 6. L'Occitane En Provence toiletries with Shea butter found in some of the finest hotels in the world and yes we noticed and appreciated it. Both bedrooms were large and accommodating. Each had a sliding door for easy access to the gated patio. Great for when you want to hit the shower after a swim and not have to go through the main living space. The furniture both inside and outside was top quality. What you'd expect in your own home. The bedding and linen was all cotton, comfortable, and replaced every other day or so by housekeeping. There is also a washer and dryer on the premises which is helpful if you want to pack light. I would be remiss if I didn't mention the awesome staff. Everyone from the gatekeeper to the concierge, to the waiters and waitresses, bell hop, maid service, beach waiters, maintenance workers, staff at the gym/spa, grocery store etc. were all their to make your stay as carefree and pleasurable as possible. And it was genuine. They would go out of their way to accommodate your every request. I'll wrap this up by saying this...If you find yourself as fortunate as I in having stumbled on to Rick's condo, look no further this is the place for you. Chances are that if you mark it as a favorite and come back, it will be gone.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! The unit was extremely clean, very spacious, and had plenty of room for our family of four to spread out and relax comfortably. The amenities were fantastic and really added to our overall experience.We especially loved being on the first floor, which made it so convenient to access the pool quickly and easily, perfect for families!Communication was excellent from start to finish, making everything smooth and stress-free.Our family thoroughly enjoyed our time here, and we would absolutely stay again. Great unit

La Estancia is a great place to stay in Cabo. It’s a super easy place with kids too. The first floor units are amazing as you can walk right out to the pool and grounds.

A little odd with a gate as a front door but not a deal breaker-assume it is because the offer the units seperately-was not a problem for us especially with the patio access-so convenient to the pool/grounds!!

Great trip

The property itself was wonderful. We had a great stay. The only negative thing would be the musty smell in the main living area and the master bedroom. The second bedroom was fine. I bought a can of Lysol at the market and sprayed a few times daily. It may be the air conditioning unit. We never opened the sliding door in the bedroom but there is a faulty air conditioner switch in the master bedroom, it kept turning off at random times at night. I put a broom stick in the sliding door to keep it in place to keep the air running. That seemed to take care of the problem.

Private and quiet

If you're looking for privacy and a quiet setting, this is your place. The resort and condo's are amazing! If you're looking for an upbeat pool/resort setting this is not your place. The resort is now private and neighboring resort guests are not allowed to use the resort, though we could go to the Palmar next door. There is no noise allowed and there was no music allowed at the pool. This made for a relaxing atmosphere for me, not so much for my teens. They spent most of their time at the Palmar next door. All in all a very nice property.

Perfect family getaway

This condo is situated on the ground floor, with the pools and fitness center steps away. It also comes fully stocked with kitchen utensils, everything you may need for a bbq and blended drinks at the beach. Can’t wait to come back to this slice of paradise.

Beautiful Condo and Resort

This was our first trip to Cabo, we were 5 ladies celebrating a 50th Birthday. Once we arrived to Villa la Estancia, I knew we made the right choice! Rick’s condo was beautiful, comfortable and being on the ground floor was so nice we could just walk out the gate right to pool, beach and gym. The resort is beautiful and right on the beach with views of the arches. We felt safe, even walked into town one day. I plan on staying here the next time I come to Cabo! Thanks Rick!

Amazing family vacation.

The property was beautiful. Rick was very helpful and great to work with. Our expectations were exceeded on every level. We loved the condo's proximity to the pool. The huge patio was awesome too. After hitting The Office, Sleepless Lobster, María Jiménez, Taquiza and some taco joints, we got a little tired of eating out, so we utilized the well equipped kitchen and BBQ grill on the porch. We took a taxi to Walmart, loaded up on breakfast items and carne asada and did some of our own cooking. We spent our days boating, deep sea fishing, jet skiing, swimming in the Sea of Cortez, getting $20 75 minute massages on the beach and just relaxing in the pool. It was a great 8 days for our family. We look forward to coming back.

Great Resort- Great Villa

I never realized how nice it would be to be on the ground floor. We have stayed at Estancia 3 times and this was the first time at Rick's villa. The Villa was very nice and very affordable. We paid more the previous times we went and all were comparable to this Villa. Having the pool and beach right outside your door is fabulous. Rick's Villa was stocked with pantry items and liquor that others have left behind. We left a few things behind as well. My only small complaint is the mattresses in the lock out unit (2 Queen beds) are in need of a replacement. They are starting to sag in the middle. But still comfortable. If you book this Villa, you will be back. Thank you Rick for letting us enjoy your Villa.

We first bought into Villa la Estancia in 2002. For years our family and friends have loved the special memories we made in wonderful Cabo San Lucas. Perfectly located just a 15 minute walk to downtown and on the only swimmable beach in Cabo there is no better place to enjoy time in Cabo.

Why they chose this property

Location, location, location. We are on the only swimmable beach in Cabo and just minutes from town. Many properties are located miles from Cabo (and a fortune in taxi fares) which really limits the fun activities, great restaurants, and the fabulous night life that being close to Cabo entails.

What makes this property unique

Villa la Estancia are condominiums not time shares. The units are far larger and more comfortable than the hotel and time shares and are comparable to the penthouses of those properties. 1105 is located on the ground floor of the pool area making it seconds from the beach and pools. Only the ground floor units have direct access to the beach and pools which in real life is a game changer. No 15 minute walks to everything. If you have family the ground floor units are amazing as the kids run in and out all day all easily monitored by you as you enjoy laying by the pool. There are only 12 ground floor units at the property and these are fairly unique to this property. Do yourself a favor and don’t accept anything but the best. If you need more than 1 ground floor unit for a large group please contact me for options.
