Fully furnished home with one floor living and its own private beach in a quiet neighborhood. 3 bedrooms: master with king; second with double; and third with twin beds. Two full bathrooms. Master bathroom is a brand new renovation. Bright living room with cozy bay window seat and adjoining dining room. Eat in kitchen with skylight, full appliances, and separate laundry/pantry. Spacious glass enclosed sunroom patio with dining area and ceiling fan. Large yard with deck and gas grill. Ready to move in. All cookware, linens, cable tv, and wifi provided. Kayaks, bikes and board games are available. 2 min walk to home's own private beach. 5 min drive to scenic downtown Madison. Monthly rental is preferred. Available August 2026.
