Apartamento OPERA/ PALACIO REAL

El apartamento tiene una superficie de 100 m2, con una distribución que lo hace ideal para familias y grupos hasta 6 personas. Está totalmente reformado cuidando al máximo las calidades.
Está en la 1ra planta con ascensor. Es exterior y está situado en una calle semi-peatonal muy tranquila.
Cuenta con 2 habitaciones, una con cama doble y con 2 camas individuales. Un gran baño, cocina totalmente equipada, salón y comedor. Se podrán alojar hasta 6 personas gracias a un sofá cama situado en el salón. Dispone también de una cuna para bebes.

El apartamento dispone de WIFI, Aire acondicionado y calefacción.

Debido al coronavirus, tenemos mucho cuidado de desinfectar las superficies que se tocan con frecuencia entre las reservas.

Recibimos a los huéspedes explicando todo lo necesario relacionado con el apartamento y el barrio para que puedan disfrutar al máximo de su estancia en Madrid.

Se puede recorrer paseando sin necesidad de transporte público los principales puntos de interés de la ciudad. Además cuenta con unas excelentes comunicaciones
3 minutos estación metro Opera a 7 minutos de la estación metro y tren de Sol.
Paradas de bus turístico a 3 minutos a pié
10 minutos en taxi de la estación de tren de Atocha (Segovia, Toledo, Aranjuez, Barcelona…)
25 minutos en taxi del aeropuerto Madrid-Barajas

En las proximidades se pueden encontrar una amplia gama de supermercado, con una oferta muy variada de todas las nacionalidades incluyendo productos gourmet.
En el apartamento las ventanas son de doble vidrio garantizando la tranquilidad durante la estancia.

Communication with the host was very good. Apartment in a great central location - 3 min walk to Mercado San Miguel . Very well equipped including basic provisions. Nice big bathroom. Excellent double-glazed front windows/doors - made for a restful night. A lift for your luggage. Would happily stay here again.

Great place

This apartment was bigger than expected. It was so nice to have some room. The photos of apartments always make them look bigger than they are. This was apartment was bigger than the pictures. Great location.

Very Good

Very good location. Perfect to discover Madrid without the traveling by metro or bus. Almost everything is "walkable".The apartment is bigger then the pictures make you believe. We spend 1 week with 3 adults and 3 childeren. More than enough space. Recommend it. Obviously it is not the cheapest. But for us, money well spent.

Excellent location and responsive owners

This unit is perfectly located right near Plaza Mayor and in a neighborhood with lots to do. We walked everywhere. It was very hot while we were there and the unit has air conditioning in the living room and the room with two twin beds and both quickly cool those rooms. The room with queen sized bed has an overhead fan. The clothes dryer currently does not work but the owners provided a drying rack for us to use. Owners were incredibly responsive when we had a minor issue in the unit. Place was very clean. Would definitely stay here again.

Home Run!

My wife told me that I had hit a home run in choosing this apartment! The property was very clean, had all the amenities we wanted and easily afforded room for all four of us. The owners were very helpful in instructing the taxi driver of how to find the apartment and they were there to walk us thru the property when we arrived. Our girls (9 and 13) also enjoyed the apartment! Could not believe how truly close we were to Plaza Mayor, Mercado San Miguel, Royal Palace, Almudena Cathedral and Plaza del Sol (mere blocks away for all!). We were able to walk everywhere. I would highly recommend this property!

A great New year's Eve

We had an awesome time at the apartment Opera. It's close to everything, within walking distance to all main attractions, sights and main museums. Three supermarkets were open late in the evening and early in the morning with cheap and tasty bread at Dia, which is really down the corner. The apartment is so clean, very warm during the cold winter days we experienced for the New Year's eve. We just loved every single minute of our stay because , though we arrived at 2 a.m , we had a nice welcoming presentation of the apartment. One tiny detail: could there be one more pan and a bigger teapot, because there is one big pot and one very small but nothing in between and we are tea addicts ...

Great apt and location! Wish there are more supplies

The apt is spacious and very convenient in terms of access to Metro (Opera & Sol stations both within 10 min walking distance) and convenience stores (10+ stores within 10 min walking distance). Also it’s only 5min walk to the market and we went everyday :) I wish there are more home supplies provided… only 3 Nespresso capsules for 3 people/3 nights. There were no shampoo, conditioner & body wash provided. Tissue papers and towels are at the minimum. Kitchen is great but seasonings and supplies provided are not encouraging for cooking… It is a great place to stay for visiting Madrid :)

Lovely apartment in unbeatable location

Recently stayed for one week in this lovely apartment. Communication with Angel was faultless. We had a problem on our first evening with the apartment door and had to call him late at night and he answered straight away. Very helpful and such a nice person. The apartment is very spacious and bright and the location is amazing. It’s a short walk to most of the sights including Plaza Mayor, the Royal Palace, Plaza Oriente etc and you are literally surrounded by lots of bars and restaurants. Despite being so central the sound proofing is really good and we were never disturbed. Good aircon but note the second smaller bedroom only has a fan though my son didn’t find it a problem. If you have a lot of luggage there is a little lift which was useful. The apartment is nicer than the photos and is well equipped (coffee tea sugar oil etc) and has lots of storage. I would 100% recommend it. Special thanks to Marta who met us there. Lovely person and with her little English and my little Spanish we got on just fine.

Wonderful

Séverine and Angel’s apartment was perfect for our group of 5's Madrid experience. It is very close to the palace (if you have the time, please go see!), the San Miguel Market, Plaza Mayor, Puerta del Sol, the Opera metro stop, and several grocery stores (our personal favorite was Dia). In addition, it is on a pedestrian street, so street noise is at a minimum. The apartment itself is fabulous. For me, it is one of those places that as soon as I walk in, I am enveloped in a feeling of warmth and comfort, and I feel like I am home. It is as pictured and as described. It is quite spacious with plenty of room to spread and out and get comfortable. The dining room is big enough to fit the table and furniture unit shown in the pictures, as well as a high chair, a crib, a laundry drying rack, and often times, a baby stroller. The bedrooms are well-sized and have lots of storage. The kitchen is well-appointed with high-quality appliances, cookware, utensils, sugar, salt/pepper, and coffee. The bathroom is very large, with the two sinks being an added bonus. It had a high chair and crib, feather free bedding, and an extremely comfortable pull-out couch (kid tested and approved). An added bonus was getting to meet Séverine and thank her in person for all the help she provided us since we first reached out to book the apartment nearly a year ago. If we ever make it back to Madrid, we know where we'd like to stay. We’ll be sure to keep the balloons at home!

TOP plek!!!!

Het is een heerlijk appartement. Het ligt heel centraal in een autovrije straat met terrasjes en winkeltjes. Linksaf de straat uit en 100 meter verder sta je in de wereldberoemde foodhal!! Door de centrale ligging is alles op loopafstand. Het appartement is super schoon en compleet. de ontvangst voor Severine is gezellig en prettig en ze heeft de nodige tips. Kortom een echte aanrader!! This apartment is great!! You can reach everything by foot. It is complete and very clean. We really have had a good time in Madrid.

Séjour Madrid Nathalie & Jerome fevrier 2016

Nous avons passé à quatre un séjour extraordinaire et notamment grâce à la qualité de l'appartement mis à disposition par Severine et Angel. Celui-ci est clair, agréable, propre, bien agencé et moderne. Il est parfaitement situé, en plein centre névralgique à deux pas de la Plaza Mayor, de l'Opéra, du Palais Royal, de la Cathédrale de la Almudena et surtout des apéritifs tapas bouillonnants et incontournables du Mercato San Miguel (un must !). Plusieurs épiceries et autres petits magasins sont également à disposition tout à côté. Pour les amateurs de shopping, il y a de quoi faire aussi tout prêt de l'appartement. Nous avons pu arpenter à pied tout le centre ville, il est à taille humaine et tout est à portée de marche pour de bons marcheurs (25 minutes pour le Musée du Prado). Les restaurants sont aussi très nombreux à proximité, mais mieux vaut regarder les guides car les escales surprises sont souvent décevantes (comme dans beaucoup de grandes villes d'ailleurs !). Petite suggestion, le coucher de soleil au Parque del Montana qui domine toute la ville (attention ça monte !). Un bonus particulier pour l'accueil très chaleureux de Séverine, qui est très sympathique et arrangeante, merci !! Son guide de l'appartement est également très bien fait, il méritera d'être traduit en français, peut-être. Jerome

Amazing flat in the heart of Madrid!

My family of 5 traveled for 5 weeks around Europe and the US, and this was by far, the best of our lodging experiences. Severine and Angel were wonderful hosts, the apartment location was perfect, and fully equipped with everything we needed. Apartment is full of character, and we really felt lucky to have been able to stay here!

Allerbeste Lage im Zentrum Madrids. Ideal für Erkundungen, alle Plätze, Museen, Aussichtspunkte sind fussläufig erreichbar. Trotzdem ruhig!
