Knutson & Associates edustaa ylpeänä Kona Bali Kai # 204 -sarjaa, uskomatonta suoraa OCEANFRONT 2 makuuhuoneen ja 2 kylpyhuoneiston rakennusta Kona Bali Kai -kehitysympäristössä.

Tällä upealla kiinteistöllä on hämmästyttävä lanai uskomattomalla merituulen kanssa. Nauti ulkona ruokailusta 4, ja 2 kiesit lepotuoleja nauttiaksesi. Tilava lanai on hyvin yksityinen ja sieltä on näkymät Banyanin Surf Break -elokuvalle (yksi suurimmista saaren parhaista surffauspaikoista)! Katso kehräviä delfiinejä, rikkoo valaita (kauden aikana), hämmästyttävän henkeäsalpaavia auringonlaskuja (ympäri vuoden) ja seuraa silmiä niille, jotka hurmaavat "vihreät salamat", kun aurinko laskee horisontin linjan alapuolelle! Kilpikonnat lepäävät vuorovesiuima-altaissa rantaviivaa pitkin - jotkut jopa ilmestyvät maahan!

Omistajat asensivat vuonna 2018 uuden maton olohuoneeseen ja makuuhuoneisiin, koko yksikön sisustus maalattiin uudelleen, myös vierashuoneen ja keittiön ikkunoiden ympärillä oleva puu korvattiin!

Nauti avoimen pohjapiirroksen tunteesta .. Makuuhuone avautuu olohuoneeseen liukuovilla, jotka voidaan sulkea yksityisyyden vuoksi tarvittaessa. Nauti myös kätevästä kävelystä uskomattomalle Lanaillesi makuuhuoneesta! ILMASTOITTAVA seinäyksikkö VAIN päämakuuhuoneessa! King-size-vuode Masterissa, jolla on oma kylpyhuone. Nauti uudesta suihkusta isossa kylpyhuoneessa, johon on asennettu myös käsisuihkullinen suihkutila! Marble Vanity Top.

Olohuoneessa on mukavasti sisustettu ja myös sisätiloissa ruokailu 4: lle. 29 tuuman televisio viihdettä varten oleskelutilassa.

Vierashuoneessa on mukava queen-size-vuode, ja tässä makuuhuoneessa oleskelevat vieraat pääsevät omaan kylpyhuoneeseensa.
Vieraskylpyyn kylpyamme / suihku-yhdistelmällä asennettiin kiinteä turhamaisuus, jossa oli kromihana.

Keittiö: Täysin varusteltu, jotta kaikella vuokralainen voisi tarvita lomallaan.
Nauti uudesta työtasosta ja mosaiikkisesta takaosaa ja graniittikomposiittisivustosta uudella Turbo Spray -vetolaitteella varustetulla hanalla. Sisäänkäynnistä on laattalattia, käytävä keittiöön ja molemmissa kylpyhuoneissa.

Laitteen sisällä on pinottu pesukone / kuivausrumpu omaan käyttöösi!

Kona Bali Kai -kompleksissa on uima-allas ja spa ja erittäin suuri ja tyylikkäästi sisustettu aula-alue tapaamaan ja tervehtimään vieraitasi. Tee ystäviä ympäri merenrantaravintolaa!
Kuten "säkki"? Siellä on paikan päällä sijaitseva Poke Shack "Ono Grinds" -suojaimen kanssa.

Wounderful Stay

Bali Kai Hi

Excellent location- far enough away from the main tourist strip and close to the best snorkeling in the Kona area. Easy covered parking, lanai looking onto the ocean and local surf break. All the kitchen amenities you need and a cooler to borrow for day trips! The only drawback is the curtains in the smaller bedroom don’t bock out the intense light from the (blinking!) street light so this makes it really hard for light sleepers like me.

We saw a sea turtle, tropical fish, brightly colored birds , listened to the waves and watched lots of surfers . Condo is conveniently located within a few minutes drive to shopping and restaurants in both directions. We walked to an open shopping market with several vendors and a couple of restaurants down the street. This condo is simple and very dated. It all depends on what you are looking for. Not fancy but we never intended on being inside! The dishwasher broke while we were there , the management company was prompt in sending someone to try and repair it. It was replaced by the next day with a new one because it could not be repaired. All in all a very pleasant trip.

Property managers responsive to concerns. Beautiful view right on the ocean. Waves and surfers. Unit dated needs some simple things. No screen on lanai so hard to sit out much before sunset. Needs bedroom dressers to store clothing. Bedroom bedside stands water damage. Small TV, low to floor. Beach chairs low, need four that are “age” friendly. And a storage box on the lanai for beach gear. Replace patio furniture with more comfortable chairs. Table cloth for table. And a few simple spices

Loved the location! Easy check in and out process. Beautiful sunrise and sunsets, watched the locals surf, saw whales and dolphins, too. It would be nice to have a light out on the lanai. Otherwise, we will be staying here again!

Aloha Kona Bali Kai! We stayed in the penthouse and it has a spectator view! This is a perfect unit for a family of 6! The ocean is right below so you can dip your toes or just soak up that fabulous Hawaii sunshine. Mahalo

This place has a very "beach house" vibe going for it. It's not the newest place in town and definitely has some signs of being a little dated, but overall, we loved the place! It was super nice to have the extra room for our baby. The property management were super easy to get ahold of and we're constantly making sure we were ok and to see if we needed anything. They pointed us in the right direction for baby rental equipment when they were unable to provide one themselves (not a negative at all, just grateful they know who to call about a pack and play for my son). We would absolutely come back and stay here! Mahalo and thanks!

Great views!

This unit has a great ocean view. It is right on the ocean front. You can watch the surfers and the sunset right from the lanai. Parking on the first floor of the building is very convenient and keeps the car cool. Closest beach is a mile away. However you can find places on the property to lay out in the sun. Oceanfront is mostly lava, but there are some sandy spots and some tide pools. We even saw a sea turtle on the property while we were there. The full kitchen and washer/dryer are great to have. The unit is a little outdated but that doesn’t really matter it is still very nice. Beach chairs, cooler, snorkeling gear were provided. Best part of this unit is the ocean right off the lanai!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The best thing about this place was the view!! The second bedroom was toward the road & was hard to leave the window open for the air movement. We bought a fan that did help. The air-conditioner didn't work that well & was very shocking that it was on a timer!! The place seemed smaller than I thought it would be but there was a lot of extras like snorkel gear & a cooler which was great! The rental company was really good about letting me know ahead of time of some scheduled maintenance (bug spray).
