The house is one of the oldest in the area. Its construction dates back to the 50s, although it is fully rehabilitated in 2013. It is located at the foot of the beach and one kilometer from the urban center of Boiro. The farm, which has an area of about 850 square meters, borders to the north with a mall / garden and to the south with the Barraña promenade and with a beach of the same name. Therefore, it has at its rear a private garden with direct access to the promenade and Barraña beach.
