Perfect location and a great studio apartment. Ms Karen makes you feel well taken care of! Super comfy bed, and everything is very clean! We miss Utah already!!!

Wonderful little apartment for a few night's stay and a great location at the east (?) end of town with bus stops right around the corner for the town's excellent free bus routes. It was very clean, which is the most important to us. Nice little dining room table set, though could be a little bigger...a little cramped for working on laptops. The Murphy bed was comfortable but a bit noisy. All in all, highly recommended for a short stay.

The condo was great for our needs. Very close to Main Street which was very convenient. And the host, Karen, was very responsive to all my questions! Would definitely rent and stay here again!!

Very pleasant and quiet studio apartment perfect for 2 people. Appreciated the location and bed very comfortable. Great to have the free bus right outside the front door! Would definitely go back.

Thank you for our positive review. We work really hard to provide an exceptional condo, super clean, well appointed and it is a wonderful quiet location. I have actually bought 4 mattresses in the last two years, crazy expensive, trying to find a mattress that can make every different body type happy. Not an easy goal to achieve. This New mattress seems to be the one that all guests so far have really liked. Thank goodness. I really do go out of my way to provide a really wonderful guest experience. I hope you think so too. :-) For what I provide at the very low cost I charge, I think staying in my condo is like hitting the lottery, seriously. Looking forward to your next visit.

We loved the small studio, the tub was lovely and clean, and we enjoyed eating breakfast on the deck and the cozy fireplace in the unit! Such a comfortable, big bed, and it was clean and had everything we needed for cooking meals each day of our stay!

Beautiful surroundings

We wish it had been more than just an overnight stay, but the short time we were, there was perfect, very quiet and waking up to the snow was lovely.

Great Location in Town

Stayed for a few days of skiing. Great location for going to town and close to Park City and Deer Valley. The free bus/shuttle stop is right in front of the property so you can just leave your car at home.

The quiet location and nice mountain view from the deck is really nice as well. Even though I keep my rates relatively low, it's a great value, wonderful property in a really terrific location.
