Perfect Size

It was the perfect size for our family of 5. Close to the beach without having to deal with elevators or parking lots. Very clean and so many bathrooms, loved that our kids didn’t have to argue over space.

winter get away

We are retired and wanted to try the snowbird experience and found a great location to do so. The place was located across the street from the beach but had it's own restaurant/pool on the beach front for you enjoyment. We also enjoyed the heated outdoor pools on site. Plenty to do and great restaurants like Liza's kitchen and Patches pub for live music. Would stay again.

Best property for vacation

This was by far the best property we’ve rented, the property manager was very helpful and easy to get ahold of, the gated community was easy to get in and out of and nice neighbors,The home was amazing and much bigger than we’d had imagined. The walk to the beach was only about 4 minutes so not bad at all. The location was close to almost anything we needed or wanted and we hope to rent this place again.

Summer vacation

This was a great place to stay. Like anywhere… there are always small quirks . We were within walking distance to the beach . Pool. Restaurants. We were able to cook here every night. Laundry was useful to wash ocean laden items nightly. End unit was quiet . Loved the patio for morning coffee . I would stay again .

Bike week

Location was great with the canal right out the patio door. However, the AC was broken the entire stay and the refrigerator was not working either. Property management tried the best to get things fixed and brought a cooler and ice as well as temporary AC mobile units.

Great family vacation

The townhouse 208 at gulf highlands was great! Clean and nice. The only thing that would have made it better is to have a beach wagon there to use or golf cart. The walk to the beach was a bit much carrying the canopy and chairs and cooler. But overall great stay! Many memories made.

Vacation 2021

Great place to stay for my first stay in Florida. Would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking. Rooms were huge and the 3.5 bathrooms worked great for my family of 7. Only thing that I would comment on is that the grill was a tad bit rusty and dirty and carpet stairs are a nightmare to clean with sand. Other than that it was a great stay and 10/10 would recommend.

Great unit for families!!

Really need a golf cart for beach access and the beachside restaurant was closed. Small water stain on the ceiling of the master bedroom and the AC unit downstairs was VERY loud. Feeding the fish and turtles out back was fun everyday !!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a very nice condo in a great location. Easy walk to several restaurants & Walmart. Lots of room. Kitchen & master bath cabinets are new & beautiful. Nice patio on the canal. Could use some new beach chairs. Would love to stay here again.

Great place a short walk from the beach

What a great spot! A clean, well-stocked and convenient condo. We had four adults and four kids, and we loved walking to the beach and using the various pools, pickleball courts, tennis and mini golf. There were plenty of dishes, utensils, pots and pans, and even a pleasant surprise with some board games and pool floats. So nice to sit by the lagoon in the morning or evening, and we just loaded up a couple wagons to head to the beach and the pool by the beach. Nice to have TVs in each room and a washer and dryer that could handle the beach towels. One very minor complaint was there was no bedding for the fold-out couch, so we had to borrow from the other beds. Even just a spare blanket would be a nice touch. Would happily return!

It was goodish

Everything was okay except for the beach access, the listing made it seem like it was a private access beach and it would separate it from public & private but as soon as you entered the gate it was all mixed in with the other public entrances and it was very crowded. Other than that it was a fine stay
