We had a great time! We took our daughters and their families. There were 11 of us 5 Adults, 5 older teens that think they are adults and 1 young teen. We had lots of space everyone could have some quiet time if wanted. Plenty of places to sleep. The walk to the beach was very convenient and we could walk back and forth without worrying about the kids. Also close to attractions. Plenty to do. We will be back.

Family Retreat-plenty of room to spread out with 2 living areas & main kitchen along with pool kitchen just made everything flow smoothly. Very close & easy access to beach with plenty of beach supplies to take with you. We enjoyed the pool area, with grill & picnic tables

The house was very nice and so convenient to the beach access. We loved having the private pool for the kiddos as well. There was plenty of space and room for our large group. We would definitely rent again!

We had an amazing stay this past week! This home is so roomy and had everything we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked. The extra kitchen in the back was a huge bonus having an extra refrigerator was amazing we used it as a drink fridge so we had more room in the main kitchen fridge. The pots were awesome and nonstick (we have had problems in the past with awful pots lol) outside there was extra beach toys, wagons and beach chairs that definitely came in handy. We had 8 kids with us and they all had a blast in the pool. They said the house was like a maze and they loved that. It is a super short walk to the beach which was a huge plus. It was so nice to not have to wait on an elevator or be in the pool with a ton of other people. If you’re looking for a super roomy home to stay in this is definitely the one!

We loved the space the house offered for everyone that stayed with us. Our kids loved the pool and the arcade game that was inside. The walk to the beach was so nice and quick. We did have one issue with the floors turning our feet black, we reached out to Patrick and he had the cleaners out again that morning. Communication with Patrick was top notch and overall we all enjoyed ourselves. Thanks for a great vacation.

We had the best time at the house. Plenty of room for all our party and the heated pool and spa were a nice bonus to have on the cooler mornings. We highly recommend this house!

This was the perfect location and place of our group. It had plenty of space for us and it was close to the beach. Pool was a little smaller than expected but still good for our kids to swim in. I would recommend and would book again.

Communication was excellent. Location is excellent. The house is large, which is great. However, the house needs a thorough cleaning and some of the furniture needs to be updated or at least cleaned.

Thank you Rhonda for the feedback. The furniture is a couple of years old at this point and has seen many guests enjoy the home. I’m sorry the stains on a couple of couches which you did let me know about and which I appreciate caused you this much issue. The home is professionally cleaned after every stay but I will talk with my cleaners to see about getting a deep clean done now that we are close to the end of the season. Thank you for being a wonderful guest who left the home the way you found it.

Amazing stay

Can't say enough good about this place. It was spacious enough for our family to spread out and enjoy our stay. The amenities were great from the extra beds to provided charging ports. The pool was just perfect to relax in after our time at the beach that was only a short walk away from. The location was perfect for all we wanted to do. Very thankful for the quick and thoughtful communication of the host and staff...very much appreciated!! Great visit!!

Beautiful house

We had a great family vacation. The house is beautiful, plenty of space and great pool area. The kitchen is well stocked which is perfect for a large group. It's also very close to the beach.

Great location and great accommodation!

Our family had a wonderful experience during our stay! The home was even better than expected from the photos. The beach is SO close and convenient. The pool area and the dining area accommodate large families well. We had everything we needed to cook family meals for 14, plenty of parking and two stations to rinse sand. We really enjoyed our stay!

Family vacay

This house was everything it advertised it was down to the steps to the beach. We have a large family with many children and everyone had a great time fun was had by all. We will be booking again next year!!
