820 2nd St. Acabo de comprar! Nuestro bloque de playa favorito en Ocean City, NJ.
Precioso 3BR, 2 baños completos, retiro de vacaciones en el primer piso en el atractivo bloque de la playa del extremo norte.
Los balcones del porche delantero y trasero son ventosos y relajantes. Perfecto para tu café de la mañana y las donas de Brown.
Gran garaje con amplio espacio para estacionamiento, y espacio adicional para juguetes de playa, sillas, juegos y bicicletas, y espacio fuera de la calle para el segundo automóvil.
Ducha al aire libre: espaciosa y privada con agua caliente para una limpieza conveniente después de la playa.

This is the perfect flat for a little family getaway. It was clean, bright, and a short distance to the beach and boardwalk. We had so much fun on the bikes! Kurt was great to work with, and we can’t wait to come back.

Would stay there again. Very close to the boardwalk, about a block away. Quiet neighborhood. House was clean and well stocked. The owner was easy to contact and responded quickly and very friendly. Very nice place to stay. Very reasonably priced.

OCNJ Haunted Weekend

Location was perfect, layout was great! Loved the covered front porch (one story up) and the back balconies too! Perfect for our small group's home base just down the block from the other half of our group. Great beach-y decor all around, and over very comfortable. Kurt was great -- providing helpful information and also very friendly! We all agreed we will stay here again!

Excellent Property

Excellent communication with owner. Accommodations were exactly as described. Home was very well stocked with everything you could need for your stay. Loved having the use of the bikes. For summer there are many boogie boards, chairs, umbrellas and a cart. Close to the beach and a short walk to Asbury for shopping/Block Partys. I would not hesitate to book here again!

Glorious Gals Getaway

We arranged an extended weekend at Kurt’s wonderful beach house. A group of 5 friends who had lived together and worked in OCNJ years and years ago. The house and location could not have been better. So clean and as comfortable as the old friendships. Kurt was extremely responsive and accommodating . We will definitely be back 😁

Host was very easy to communicate with and was accommodating in every way. This house had plenty of space for my extended family, was clean, and was in a very nice neighborhood near all kinds of things to do. Highly recommend this stay.

Great house and a great spot

Lovely ocean city home in the heart of the city and walking Distance to the beach and boardwalk. Comfortable and clean and includes bikes, chairs and more. Definitely recommend and will come back again!

We had a great week in OC! Kurt thought of everything. Our house was just as described and felt just like home. We rode bikes, walked the boardwalk, went to the beach, and had a wonderfully relaxing time at the house. It is such a lovely, comfortable home! We can't wait to come back next year!

Best OCNJ Vacation Spot!

Can't say enough about the care and cleanliness we arrived to for our week in OCNJ. It was perfect. Kurt takes PHENOMENAL care of the property and upgrades to keep everything looking great. The location is awesome - just step out of the house, turn right and walk a block and a half and you're at the beach. Also, a lot of great restaurants and ice cream places close by. Being walking distance to the heart of the boardwalk was also clutch for our family as parking can be interesting but never had to worry about it. Next time we want to stay in OCNJ, this place will be are first check in. Thank you again for a wonderful time!

OC Getaway

Excellent! Property is well stocked for all beach and relaxation/ games activities. Property owner provided updates on local COVID-19 requirements. List of open restaurants for takeout was very useful. I would recommend property to others and surely will be a return guest.

Great getaway

Kurt was quick to respond to questions and the property was perfect for our weekend getaway. A block from the quiet part of the boardwalk and easy walks to everything! Great stay!!

Growing up, I was lucky enough to spend some of every summer at the beach. My biggest escape from winter is to talk to people about summer and helping plan a great vacation. Most of the summer is already filled with people who come back every year. They describe it as their utopia. There are a few weeks in spring and fall that are available.

North End OCNJ beach, boardwalk, bikes, family, and food are the perfect combination to make lifelong memories. Life is too short for bad vacations. If you have never stayed in the North End of Ocean City, NJ, this is a perfect place to start. We are short walking distance to donuts, coffee, restaurants, ice cream, and of course the beach and boards. We just purchased this property in the winter of 2019. We are following VRBO advice and giving great deals to bring in happy people and build up 5 star reviews.
