Cocoa Beach gem

This property was perfect for our three generation group. The kids loved the pool and the ping pong table. The pool was very nice and bigger than so many backyard pools. On top of that, the mattresses were the most comfortable we have ever had in a rental. I highly recommend!

Cocoa Beach fun

We enjoyed our stay and all the fun activities, the neighbors even stopped by outside with their dogs and very friendly. We felt right at home.

Great place for a family!

House was lovely …. Couple of punch list items but owner responded quickly and they were not anything that needed to be done while we were there. Would recommend!

February Get Outta Maryland Trip

We enjoyed staying at the property with family for annual 1 week get rid of the winter blues. Everything was just as described and would definitely recommend this property.

The Fun House

We have visited Cocoa Beach for the last 5 years. This house was by far the most fun with the pool/spa, pool table, foosball, air hockey, ping pong and darts. The house was clean, the kitchen was well equipped and the beach was a short walk away. We definitely hope to visit again!

Wonderful Home

This house is absolutely wonderful!! The location is ideal for walking to the post of the places we wanted and needed to go. The house was very clean and cozy. We will definitely look for availability here when we plan a trip back to Coco!

Excellent property

We had to change our plans last minute due to Hurricane Helene and found this property. Location is walking distance to Cocoa Beach Pier and very easy. Property is in excellent condition and had beach equipment for us to use which was a plus. Owner had a lot of recommendations for places to eat which helped since we didn’t have time to research the area. Would definitely highly recommend this property and hoping to stay again!

Relaxing spot!

Great location, nice and quiet neighborhood. Property was nice, plenty of room for our family of four. Pool was really nice too. Kids had fun splashing around.

Family Fun Time!

My family (6 adults) stayed in this beautiful home for 2 nights and we had a blast!! All of our kids are grown and we enjoyed the games and swimming pool. The sun room is perfect for chilling during a quick rain storm and we could walk to a Publix and restaurants. Definitely would stay here again for a longer period.

Perfect for young families

Perfect weather, viewed a launch at Kennedy Space Center, spent time in the ocean and hours by the pool and hot tub. It was a great escape from the cold and white northern Midwest.

Honeymoon Cruise Cool Down

House was very large and very nice. Had plenty to do to keep you entertained and everything you could really ever ask for or need. Had plenty of nice little touches to add to the wow factor and just add to the overall experience. Made relaxing very easy and natural.

This house was amazing !

We stayed here with 8 people 4 adults 4 children, it was spacious and comfortable! We loved having our own pool and all the amenities for our kids. Tomas was a great host and very responsive. We had everything we needed and more! We would definitely stay here again if back in the Cocoa beach area!

Great Family Vacation Home

This was a beautiful home that was very well maintained. Best of all, a great vacation home for a family with young children. It has everything to keep kids busy, from a basketball hoop, to swings, to a pool table, to the private pool. The location was perfect, being close to grocery store, restaurants and beaches, all within walking distances. Couldn't have asked for a better vacation home!

Girls Weekend Best Trip

They were great to work with, home is beautiful, pool was perfect Tiki sitting areas made it relaxing. We spent our time at the pool the entire time and went out to eat dinner. They are great to work with I will definitely give this property a 10 in every aspect and best of all is THE BEDDING IS FANTASTIC as well as the lightweight Bedsure cooling blanket. You cant get a better property or team to work with all of us agreed this place deserves better than a 10 you cant go wrong

Perfect family rental

We had an amazing time! Plenty of space for our family of 6. The pool was the perfect temp! Night swimming was also fun with the pool lights. The home had plenty of sleeping space and extras for the kids! Toys, sand box, swing set, air hockey, ping pong table. Super close to the beach, places to eat, Publix, and souvenir shops! We will definitely stay here again!!!

Yearly Cold Escape

My husband & I, with 2 other couples, from CNY stayed here. We had higher expectations from the internet posting, but did Enjoy our stay. We try to plan our vacations a year in advance to escape the cold. This place was more expensive then others we've stayed at. The other homes had more to offer, for less money & better location to the beach. The host was great & very accommodating. Thank You.

A home away from home that made us realize we want to move back to Florida!

It was amazing from how clean everything was to the convenience of everything. Tomas and his wife were amazing and great to work with. I spoke to them ahead of time regarding we wanted to have some family over for a sleepover so my kids could meet their cousins and then the great grandmother was coming in the morning for breakfast and it wasn’t a problem. Granted it was our first time using Virbo and renting a house but now I wouldn’t do it any other way. I cannot wait until next year, this time we’re going to try and stay there for two weeks so we can look at properties while we’re there. Thanks Tomas!

Amazing Beach Getaway

This is the most clean and best VRBO we have ever stayed at! We stayed here prior to our Disney trip. The weather was a little windy and chilly, so we were so glad to have the extra amenities here. Heated pool/hot tub, pool table, ping pong table, air hockey, etc. When we did make it to the beach, we had chairs, a buggy, and a few sand toys. We didn't need the umbrellas, but they had those too. Tomas has thought of everything! We had a small issue that was fixed immediately. He truly cares about giving you the best stay! the neighborhood felt very safe and there is a Publix just a few blocks away.

Senior Trip!!

We have stayed in several rentals for spring break, but this beach house was the absolute best!! Being very particular about the places our family stays, I can say this beach house exceeded my expectations. From check-in to check-out, we had an amazing experience here!! Everything was very clean and the pictures represented the place well with only a few minor changes to layout and decor. Tomas was very prompt with his responses, accommodating with our requests, and all with a gracious and kind attitude! We loved all the amenities and had so much fun!! The area is pretty chill and the house was in a great location to walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. Close enough to visit Kennedy Space Center and Merrit Island too. You will have everything you need when you stay at this Bayview Park beach house!! I can't wait to visit again! Thank you Tomas!
