Great location

It was a great place to stay while we were in Kihei. Everything worked and it was close to eateries and Foodland for groceries if you choose to cook and eat at home.

Great stay

This condo was exactly as it was pictured and described. The location was perfect for our needs. We were able to communicate with the staff as needed. We would definitely condo this location to friends and would stay here again.

STETTLER VACATION

Had an excellent time, condo was great and exactly what was advertised. Plenty of items left in the condo for not only the kitchen but furniture for the beach. Location to the beach is great with convenient locations for shopping and eating. We love the Kamaole Beach royale

Location, location, location

Just 1/2 block off a great beach, you can’t beat the location of this condo. We enjoyed gorgeous sunsets from the lanai and could see whales spouting in the distance. We appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella. The property manager was very responsive, the bathroom could use a freshen up.

Could be better

Have stayed at this complex many times and I’m sorry to say that this unit was the least nice I have experienced. Although it is adequate, it could be a lot nicer. The bathroom really needs updating. The ceiling is peeling and the shower leaks. The AC is so loud you can hardly hear the TV. The management company was great and responsive to our requests which I really appreciated., and the view is nice so there are pluses, but I won’t stay in this unit again.

Great place

Nice spacious condo with view of the ocean, about 150 m from the beach. Everything you need is within walking distance, such as groceries and restaurants. Property manager is quick to respond and provides plenty of valuable information.

Great trip to Maui

Overall it was a great place. Great location right by the beach and great restaurants in area. Bathroom needs a little work in the shower and the ceiling. Everything else was great. Definitely would rent again.

Great location, nice unit

The good first. Great location as you can walk or bus to anywhere you want to go. Great ocean view to watch whales, the sea. Living room big, lanai great. The bad- unit in need of some tlc such as paint, shower had mold and mildew, king size bed would be nice. Bedroom noisy as it’s by elevator and all doors are in that side. All things considered I would stay here again but update paint/bathroom would make this unit superb.

Very easy process and great communication from rental company. The only rogue part was that the air conditioner was not draining into the the communal plumbing and instead a pot had been placed underneath that requires frequent emptying or it overflowed all over the lanai.
