¡Has encontrado una increíble casa de playa! Esta es una gran casa recientemente remodelada con 5 amplias habitaciones y 5 baños. Esta casa de playa acaba de instalar una nueva piscina privada climatizada. El hogar acaba de ser decorado por un diseñador local con todos los muebles nuevos y obras de arte locales. El hogar tiene 6 televisores grandes Roku HD. La casa tiene una gran sala abierta y acogedora, con techos estilo catedral. 2 cubiertas grandes y un porche de pantalla. Esta propiedad se alquila por primera vez en 2020.

Overall we really liked the property. Great location in relation to the beach and things to do. Bedrooms have decent size and there is ample social space. Plenty of parking for multi families. Some drawbacks about our experience: The pool wasn’t cleaned before we got there and the vacuum was left in the pool. It’s said that the pool is heated and while we could tell it was working a little, it did not hold the advertised 80 degrees and access to the panel was locked. There was garbage still in garbage cans when we checked in. The property manager did not return our call about the fireplace not working.

House looked even better than the listing! Plenty of room for a group of 10. The wagon to load to the beach and extra fridge in the basement was a great surprise! Everything was clean and kitchen had everything needed to cook. Wish we could have stayed longer!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house is in a great location only about a 5 min walk to the beach. The pool is great for relaxing after the beach. The bedrooms are spacious and well appointed and the kitchen, dining and family area is large and well arranged. We ran into some issues with the pool but Frank was quick to jump in and resolve the issue. Worth checking it out.

We truly enjoyed our week there. Our host was very responsive. The ad lists a hot tub and that was one of the reasons we picked this property unfortunately there was no hot tub, but not a big deal. The pool was very cloudy through most of the trip but our host kept working on it. I would recommend anyone that stays there will have a lovely time, the property was very nice. Our host was fantastic. Thank you

Family vacation

Great week with family. Good location with easy walk to beach and shops. Property in very good condition, clean, beautifully decorated and comfortable. Pool was added bonus. Would definitely recommend and rent again.

no sheets no service.

sheets/towels did not arrive till 9pm upon arriving I had to call twice. Frank told me he would call me 12noon sunday Fathers day to rebook for next year and he nver called me. To this date never called me. We left the place cleaner than when it was when we arrived. The pool was dirty the robot cleaner was left in the pool. Very annoyed having to call twice to get our clean sheets and towels and never callling me back to rebook.

Really enjoyed our stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at storm bait! A few things to highlight: There was plenty of space for our party of 10. The house was just a few minutes from the beach entrance with beach chairs and wagon. We really enjoyed having the pool after we were done beaching for the day. Kitchen was fully stocked for nights we cooked in. Check out/check in process was easy. We would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was clean, modern, spacious, in a perfect location 2 minute walk to the beach, next to Royal Farms and across from Matt’s Fish Camp! Frank was very responsive, kind, and he truly cared for us to have the best stay at his vacation home. The heated pool especially so early in the season was the cherry on top! Thank you and we look forward to returning next year!

Beautiful Property & Beautifully Decororated

Loved Storm Bait! Great space! The outdoor set up with covered porch, adirondack chairs and pool area was perfect, especially for the few days of rain we had during our stay. Great location and can’t wait to come back! Thank you!

Beautiful house needs better maintenance crews

This is a beautiful house with great location.Unfortunately the maintenance crews need upgrading.Frank was responsive when we discovered the Linens were dirty and had been left from previous renters. They delivered them at 8:00pm on checking day. Then twice the linen company attempted to pick up dirty linen during our stay. Then the pool service left the hose on to fill the pool luckily we were there to turn it before the pool over filled.

Perfect, serene, beach vacation

The ideal place for every beach weekend! Close enough to the beach for the early risers to walk and catch a sunrise with coffee, quiet enough for the night owls to sleep in, and close enough to everything that we didn’t have to spend a lot of time driving around to get to where things were happening. I will be coming back here for years!

Exceptional vacation in an exceptional home

Just finished our week at the beach at Storm Bait South. This was a fantastic place to stay. It’s one of those rare properties that actually is even nicer in person than it is in pictures. We enjoyed the week with our 3 children, spouses and 5 grandchildren. It was perfectly suited for all of us with ample room to enjoy ourselves whether dining together, playing games or taking in the Olympics together in the evening. An added bonus was the swimming pool which provided hours of fun and relaxation for both the adults and children when we weren’t on the beach. Highly recommend and would definitely go back.

Great house in a great location close to beach access

This house was the perfect size and layout for our group - we had 3 families with kids plus my parents. There was a nice sized bedroom for each adult couple, plus bunkroom for kids. The upstairs was spacious w/ plenty of room to cook, eat and socialize, plus plenty of bathrooms too. Other pros: we were able to park at the property and check in slightly early, which was much appreciated, so some families could go to the beach the day of our arrival. The beach access was a very short and easy walk. There were 6 nice beach chairs provided plus a beach cart. The pool was the perfect place to play after the beach! Plus a large table that sat 12 people easily upstairs for group meals. A few cons: like others said, the linens arrived a bit late, and I had to communicate back and forth to get enough bedding delivered - then had to make up all the beds ourselves, which we were hustling to get done before kid bedtime around 7:30pm on our first night, and no showers could be taken when we got off the beach, until late that night. So just be aware that the cleaning services is separate from laundry/linen service. Had we known that we could have maybe decided to bring our own bedding and avoided the fee/hassle, but we worked it out. Really that was the only snag but after that the entire rest of the trip was smooth sailing and we had a wonderful stay. Fenwick Island is also just a great family destination - we had never been but would absolutely go back again.

Really nice house!

Overall house is really nice and location is great. When we got there sat, the pool was filled with flies (I guess from the rain?) so we couldn't go swimming b/c there were SO many gnats/ files so that was the only bummer. Frank had someone come out the next morning to clean it and then all was good. There was also water leaking in storage room off of the main entrance which was resolved once pool guy came out to fix cleaning issue. There were some left over clothes (socks, shorts, shirt, shoes etc.) left outside the property. There were also water bottles left outside the pool area which we cleaned up. Overall, house was great just little things that would have made the experience better e.g., no one wants to see wet clothes in a pile outside the door when they first arrive. :)

Great house & location

Really enjoyed our stay for the weekend!! The house is absolutely beautiful and had plenty of space. Short walk to the beach and loved having the private pool. Short drive to bars and restaurants. And was convenient to be close to grocery stores and walkable to gas station for snacks and drinks. Only a few notes that made the stay less than perfect- when we arrived the dirty laundry from the previous guests was sitting in a laundry bag in the driveway at 4pm and was not brought back until around 6pm. Once it was brought back we needed to make all of our own beds which I have never had to do upon arriving to a vrbo or similar sites. Similarly when we left we had to strip the beds and leave the laundry outside but remake the beds so they looked nice (specifically with decorative pillows) for the next guests even though they would have to make their own beds too. We also were only given one roll of toilet paper upon arrival but the directions were to replenish all the items including paper towels, toilet paper, k cups, soap, etc. again just not something expected when staying at a Vrbo so it should be explicitly said so guests know to bring and don’t have to run out and grab it the night before leaving. Just a of work before check out to make the beds, sweep/vacuum, empty dishwasher, etc before 10am. Especially given how expensive the house is and with a cleaning fee already included.

Family vacation 2024

Beautiful well kept property. My only complaint as Frank knows was the issue with pool. Upon arrival on Saturday pool was questionable and was told it would clear up and pool guy would check back Sunday. After problem with filter not working and then having to be replaced …pool was not crystal clear till Wednesday. Frank compensated with gift certificate to local restaurant on Wednesday. It was appreciated but could not make up for Lost pool days.

Fenwick getaway

We enjoyed our stay with just a couple of blips. The property wasn’t unlocked on our arrival but after a call to Frank, that was resolved quickly. Once in the house we discovered there weren’t any clean sheets or towels. Again, a call to Frank resulted in delivery of items within an hour or so but we missed a dinner reservation while waiting. One main issue was that the clothes dryer was not operational. We called Frank and after two days of trying to reach him, we gave up. There were kitchen towels left by previous tenants in the washer and it was clear why. Overall, the property is beautiful and well maintained. The house was very clean and the furnishings are lovely. The bathrooms were immaculate and the kitchen is well stocked. We enjoyed the swimming pool, a wonderful amenity, and the proximity to the beach is priceless.

Great Property

The location was great! Within walking distance of the beach and the private pool was perfect!! Frank was very responsive as well! Some minor areas of the home could use a deep clean but the overall cleanliness of the home was good and no major complaints. I would stay at this property again and recommend to others!

Nice property, responsive owner

After a bumpy check in process (we were sent the wrong property check in info), Frank was very responsive. He communicated with us on every concern in a timely manner. The property is just as described, very clean and updated. The televisions are a little tricky, as they are all streaming tvs (no cable), and you need apps to watch. One suggestion would be to label the remotes for each room to avoid mixups. All the remotes look the same and can easily be switched up. We enjoyed our stay very much.
