APARTMENT in PORT LEUCATE 39m2 with 2 bedrooms, ideal for a family of 4 to 5 people.
There is no street to cross to reach the beach.
For the delivery of the keys and make a rental contract, contact us first,
Deposit of 400 to 700 € according to the period and according to the number of people, asked for the delivery of the keys.
Located on the ground floor of a maisonette it consists of:
a first room with 1 bed of 2 persons, a second room with 3 beds of 1 person of which 2 superposed.
a dining room / stay with leather sofa, which gives access to the terrace, living room of garden.
a kitchenette equipped with plates and electric oven and microwave.
Fridge with freezer compartment, coffee maker,

The great qualities of the apartment are: the proximity of the sea to 150 m without crossing the street, the living space (39 m2) with 2 real rooms, NORTHEAST orientation, (advantage when it is very hot), the terrace of 13.5 m2 semi shaded without opposite giving on raised alleys, small trade with 100m and any trade with env. 400m walkable by footpaths
