our place is very near limketkai mall, SM downtown mall, Maria Reyna Hospital, Cogon Market, J.R. Borja Restaurants and other establishments at your convenience. it is a gated mid rise condominuim with security guard 24 hours.
we have swimming pool, playground, gym, basketball court and a clubhouse. but please note usage of this facilities has a fee of 200 pesos per person for guest staying below 1 month. but nonetheless or place is very quite and secured. i hope to host you soon.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.
