2BR/1BA PRIME LOCATION to BEACH/JOHNS PASS Unit #2

Please Read***Our Beach House is great for families & those young at heart. We have 3 separate units in a triplex for you to choose from. We are just across the street from the beach (324 feet to be exact!) Rent 1 unit or ALL 3 for a special event and sleep up to 22 people!

Minimum age to rent is 25 years and must be present throughout the rental. No pets allowed. Small gatherings of 8 persons or fewer are permitted. Noise ordinance is strictly enforced from 10 PM to 8 AM.

Unit 2 is a 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment with nearly 750sqft of space and sleeps up to 6 people. Both Bedrooms have king size beds and there is a memory foam sofa bed in the living room.

We have complimentary beach chairs, beach umbrellas and beach towels for use during your stay. A high chair and pack and play are also available upon request.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Home away from home vacation!

Hands down 5 out of 5 stars. All of the amenities were thought of, in fact, more than we anticipated! It was also super clean! The location could not have been better. We will be staying at this location again!!!

Wonderful stay!

We loved this property! There were other nice families staying there and it had everything you could need so we barely had to buy anything. We enjoyed the 2 comfortable king beds, luxury shower head, beach closet full of necessities, private parking, and having a lot of space. Plus, the TV went out when we were there with only 1 day to go and Shelley and Chad were SO responsive. I didn't think it was that big of deal, but they came over and checked on it right away and replaced the whole TV so we could watch the last evening we were there. We will be back!! 😊

Wonderful beach home in the heart of Madeira Beach!

We had a wonderful week in Madeira Beach and were just steps from a perfect spot on the coastline as well as a 5 minute walk to John’s Pass. Our kids loved the house and the amenities as well as all the activities around us. The home owners were fantastic to work with and even provided beach towels, chairs, and a cart to bring to the beach! We will definitely be coming back to this house!

Wonderful place!

We loved the pretty beach decor! Everything was so nice. I especially loved the shower and the kitchen sink, very nice upgrades! Thank you for providing beach towels and chairs. Beach access was just across the street. Very close to St Johns Pass for shopping and nice places to eat. We took a dolphin tour there and had an awesome time looking at the dolphins! We are definitely planning to come back!

The place is close to John pass! Very cute and clean unit with everything you need to complete your vacation. Shelley is an awesome person to work with and such a sweetheart! Will stay here over and over again! Thank you for allowing us to make family memories here!

We fell in love with Madeira Beach and had to have a getaway of our own here. This property was perfect for us because it afforded us the opportunity to share our getaway with others so they can enjoy this magical beach as well.

Our house is across Gulf Blvd from the beach, 2.5 blocks to John’s Pass, Private parking for guests, Beach Trolley stops nearly in front of the house. Walking distance to so many shops, dining, bars, groceries, etc.
