Best Del Mar Ocean front Location This is the bottom floor of two units Large patio on the sand 1st floor BBQ. Beautifully remodeled Ocean Front 3 bedroom 2 Bath sleeps around 8. King in master, queen and single in bedroom 2 . Queen and single in bedroom 3. Total number of beds is 5. Vrbo calculates 2 people in a twin that auto calculates sleeps 10 but there are only 5 beds and (2 regular couches in the living room). Large garage that will fit 2-3 car plus 2 more spaces in driveway. Close walk to restaurants like Jakes at the Beach or The Poseidon for happy hour!

It was our third time staying here. It is one of the best location in Del Mar. Just a few steps from the beach with beautiful sunset views from the balcony. While the owner did a few upgrades in the past years (new appliances, new flooring, and a new master bath), you are paying for the location and the views.

The location is absolutely unbeatable, on the beach front, walking distance to great restaurants and services. The lower floor apartment has three comfortable bedrooms, and the terrace just added so much color to our weekend family gathering.

This is a fantastic find and as stated, "Right on the Beach in Del Mar". The owners take very good care of it and t is clean and well kept. Having a number of restaurants within walking distance is a plus, especially for parking. The underground parking was an excellent find. Thank you!

Location was amazing. You just can't beat the view from the back deck and the distance to the sand. Plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance, however we found it difficult to want to leave the property. House was well appointed with some minor wear and tear from being to close to the water. Nothing would deter us from coming back though and property as accurately described.

Fun dog friendly stay!

This is a great house for staying in Del Mar. We walked to Jake's and Poseidon for dinners and played on the beach all day. Great communication with the manager. Would definitely go back!

Great place for a weekend at the beach

Can't beat the location, on the sand within walking distance to restaurants in Del Mar. Had everything our group of 4 adults and 3 teens needed for a quick weekend beach getaway. Teens enjoyed the boogie boards and adults enjoyed not having to lug umbrellas, chairs and coolers to the beach.
