This Gulf front condo sleeps up to 8 guests in 1 king bed, two full size beds, and a queen sleeper sofa.

Located on the peaceful end of Thomas Drive your conveniently located next door to St. Andrews State Park. Treat yourself to a swim in the luxurious gulf front pool or watch your children have fun splashing around in the kiddie pool. Enjoy BBQ's with your family using the outdoor grills and covered picnic area or enjoy taking a stroll on the sugary white sands of the beautiful Panama City Beach.

Prepare an entire gourmet meal or just a quick snack before heading to the beach, in the fully-equipped kitchen, complete with the latest appliances and granite counter tops. Gulf views can be appreciated from the kitchen as well! The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, bakeware, cooking utensils, dishes, glassware, silverware, etc.! Next to the kitchen is the dining room with a table for 4 to eat dinner at and 2 barstools to sit at as well. Beach-front dining on the oversized private balcony is always a great option too!

Sleep like a dream, while enjoying your dream vacation, on the king-size bed in the master suite. The master bedroom offers carpet flooring, a flat screen television, convenient walk in closet, and access to the full bathroom! Your full bathroom includes a tub/shower combo, and a single vanity area.

Additional guests can cozy up in the guest bedroom on two full size beds with our high thread count linen. The guest bedroom offers a walk-in closet, its own separate bathroom with walk-in shower, and it's very own television.

Commodore is located on the east end of Panama City Beach and features 13 floors of gulf front luxury. This resort offers direct beach access, an impressive Gulf side pool, hot tub, kiddie pool, and many other exciting amenities for guests to enjoy. The grounds themselves are beautiful and include a large picnic area with gas grills, and horse shoe pits. The resort's location is especially convenient to area attractions such as St. Andrews State Park, Signal Hill Golf Course, and Mini Golf! Parking is available at the building. Your two bedroom condo includes parking for up to 2 vehicles. This is the maximum on-site parking allowed for this condo. Additional parking is available in several offsite parking lots for a daily fee.

Perfect Beach Getaway!

The condo was very clean and had a gorgeous view! We loved being right on the beach. Another great thing about staying here is the amazing pub that has nightly music and great specials right outside the parking lot. We will definitely be back!

COMMODORE IS MY ABSOLUTE FAVORITE CONDO TO STAY IN WHEN I VISIT MY DAUGHTER AND SON-IN-LAW IN PCB. THIS WAS MY FIRST TIME STAYING IN 1303-VIEW WAS MAGNIFICENT-LOVED THE EASE OF BOOKING-IT WAS JUST A WONDERFUL TRIP. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS CONDO HIGHLY!

This unit is in bad need of repairs. It’s in its original state. Entry door is very rusted and old. Beds are all terrible! Old thin linens, tiny, thin bath towels. Ceiling fan nearly falling when turned on, old original cabinets that need replacing, original carpet that is rough cut in the doorways w/no threshold. Terrible curtains that don’t cover doors. Should be removed from being s as rental!

Labor Day Girls Trip

The condo is very nice & clean. Bathrooms need a little updating. Commode is loose from floor in one. Overall a nice place to stay. Unfortunately my friend fell Sunday morning in front of the elevator on 13th floor because of a wet area. Broke her wrist. We would definitely stay there again. Beautiful view of Saint Andrews Park & the Gulf.

Family getaway

My husband and I, our son and three granddaughters were on this trip. It was the first time to the beach for the two littles and they loved it! Being on the top floor gave them great views, even seeing a shark swim by. We love being on the east end and we love the ease of the Commodore…easy check in, security and no parking garage to deal with. 1303 was comfortable and had everything we needed. I would recommend it to anyone. (Washer and dryer are a necessity with kids!) Our grands had a wonderful time and we hope to make it a yearly tradition.

Steer Clear of Emerald Beach Properties

When we arrived our unit was flooded. We called the property manager, Emerald Beach Properties, but received NO help. The manger made no attempt to move us, did not send anyone to help clean up the water or dry the carpet, and did not offer any compensation for our trouble. One of the members of the HOA and I cleaned up the mess as much as possible. The carpet, which appeared to be new, was soaking and remained wet throughout our stay. By the last couple of days it began to have a moldy, mildewy smell. Any bedding or other items that fell onto the carpet also became wet and smelly. The pictures shown on the VRBO listing are very misleading. The unit does not look as depicted in the pictures. The mattress in the master bedroom is painful to sleep on. The toilet in the master bath did flush well. We were very displeased that check-in was not until 5 pm which was not disclosed to us until after we booked the rental. We received NO help from the property management company, Emerald Beach Properties. They did not call or message to check on us even after I reported flooding in the unit.

well, the location is perfect but the condo is not. I wish they would let me upload pictures on here. pull out mattress in couch broken, dryer broken, every time you open the oven the fire alarm goes off, pipe under the sink busted, the curtains in the living room are not even big enough to shut. they need to add like two more. yes, I did contact them and they did offer to move us to a different place after we had already driven for 13+ hours and unpacked everything, and bought groceries. The place they offered didn't have enough beds for everyone anyways. I asked if I could get a little money back they told me no that they could fix the problems or I could go stay down the street or they could give me a refund and I could find somewhere else to stay. Not really want you to want to deal with on a vacation. It was really a shame on them. Anyone knows better than to rent a place like that period and for that amount of money. I asked other people that were staying at the commodore about their rooms and even got to see one. this is the ONLY condo Emerald coast properties owns there. so DO NOT rent 1303. I honestly would stay there again but not rent this unit and make sure it was not through the same people. There is a little book in there that you can write about your stay. ALL of them were bad and complaining about the same problems. The only good part was the location. Just save yourself and book somewhere else. This is not the condo you want on vacation. You don't want to be crying over this crap like I was. Oh and those pictures lol.... no no they are a lie. makes it look a lot better than it does in person. I talked to one of the guys that worked there and I asked him if they had a lot of complaints about the property and he said no they have been closed down for a while renovating. I guess that this one did not get renovated. Oh, and they didn't have any pans. that was the least of it. My husband and mother-in-law are both nurses who have been working their butts off since this COVID crap and this is the vacation they got. I honestly wasn't going to post a review until I saw that Hannah the property manager reviewed me and I had to write something to see what she wrote. We have stayed in Panama City before and I use vrbo a lot. This is my first bad experience. I hope I have saved some people from renting this unit. We were there 3/22-3/27/21. They are hussling people and taking money because they know they can. IT was just crazy to me.

Run!! Nasty!! Worn out!! Furniture just dirty!!

Run !!! The owners and management is aware that this condo should not be rented in the condition it is in!!!!!! I looked at the guest book comments from 2018!! the same issues we faced!! Sofa be prepared to have someone get you up the springs are shot 1980's hate to know someone had to sleep on that sofa bed!! The cabinets aredirty with stains from one being so old and nasty Dryer falling apart held together w good old duct tape on the filter!! Dish washer worn out rusty inside!!! Oh the bathrooms vent fans do not work Mold I know must be behind that wall paper!! No light bulbs in 2 living room lamps (management did bring one) plus the missing blankets If you love worn out furniture nasty surroundings this is place for you to spent your hard earn money!! Management was nice!! When a guest book states the same issues and dated 2018 !1 Please they are aware of the issues and if they have not notice the worn out beds and furniture I will pay for their eye exams!! Dont believe them if they state We are addressing the issues till they show a video !! The beds older than my Mother's mattress!!! All I can say "Run this is a condo that the owners don t care take the guest money "" What we call a money machine Oh the dishes pot and pans go by walmart !! so nasty inside the drawers!!Have not seen dishes this old even at goodwill!! Never again !!! Hope the board of directors of the condo complex is aware of the bathroom fans not working !! They will be told soon I am writing a letter to them

I can’t say enough good things about this management company. We booked our stay at a condo inside the commodore. This was a huge mistake . Elevator permits were both expired by 6 months and definitely would not pass a new inspection. Master bathroom sink didn’t drain properly , food stains on the refrigerator, front door latch lock was broke, WiFi was nonexistent and the beds were like cardboard that was like a taco. Needless to stay I called the management company first thing in the morning . They immediately moved us over to the grand Panama. That unit was everything you could ask for in a vacation rental . My family and I ended up having a great time.
