My wife and I booked a 3 day stay at Lisa's wonderful property. This space was perfect for us. Everything was clean, convenient and comfortable. The proximity to the beach was really nice and the location of the property contributed to a less crowded beach, which we like. The neighborhood was quiet, additionally, there were several restaurants near by (within walking distance). Lisa was very helpful and attentive. We will definitely stay again.

Very easy process, very communicative, our only issue was the toilet often wouldn’t fill with water, and the bathroom and kitchen did not seem like they were tended to as much as other areas. In the bathroom many previous guest items left behind

Thank you for your review! I'm so glad you found the process easy and communication clear. I'm sorry to hear about the toilet issue. I do wish we'd known during your stay, as we would have been happy to send someone over right away to take care of it. Regarding the bathroom and kitchen, we intentionally stock both with complimentary items for our guests. The bathroom includes shampoo, conditioner, soap, cotton swabs, and other toiletries, while the kitchen is supplied with a selection of basic condiments and cooking essentials. It's possible these were mistaken for items left by previous guests, but we appreciate you bringing it to our attention and will double-check that everything is neatly organized and clearly presented for future guests. Thank you again for your feedback. We truly appreciate it and are always looking for ways to improve our guests' experience.

Stayed at SeaBreeze for 3 nights prior to a Western Carribean cruise out of Tampa. Nice, cozy cottage at a laid back location on the Southern end of St Pete's Beach. Great for bike rides and strolling on the beach without all the traffic found a few miles further north! Highly recommend a drive to "The Getaway" restaurant (St Petersberg) for lunch and kayaking amongst dozens of manatee, rays, and dolphins on Tampa Bay. Also don't miss the Apollo Beach Manatee Viewing Area on the other side of Tampa Bay (hundreds of manatee gathered there the day we visited in mid Feb)!

My wife and I loved this place. The location perfect. Access the beach was outstanding and neighborhood was nice. Lisa welcomed us with wonderful hospitality. We had a great time and will be back soon.

Neat, clean bungalows close to the beach!

These Bungalows are small, but packed with character and are less than a two minute walk to one of Floridas most serene, beautiful beaches. Owner was very helpful!

Great little place

Clean and convenient to all of Pass A Grill beach, Dt Pete’s beach and surrounding area. Freebee picks you up and takes you back which is a great option for dinning. Host had all information needed for a great stay. Only small thing was 1 of the bikes seat was loose and kickstand doesn’t stay up so it was unbridle but all was great other then that.

It was lovely to be so close to the beach and to be able to take walks along it. The space is small, clean, and very functional. Thanks so much for a great place to stay. The neighborhood is still cleaning up after two major hurricanes, so most shopping and eating places are closed.

Quiet, cozy stay just a short walk to the beach or gulf. This place is perfect if you want to enjoy the quieter side of St Pete, namely Pass A Grille, yet close enough to plenty of activities and amenities. There was plenty of information for folks new to the area and for the check in process and during your stay. I greatly appreciate a host who thinks of small things around the unit, which are so helpful to travelers that aren't there just to sleep. There's a well stocked kitchen, some leftover spices and condiments. In the bathroom, there is toiletries to get you going. The bikes and beach chairs and towels were a huge plus as beach time and exploring is a must when visiting. So many times, a beach chair is listed but it's either ancient or broken. This unit is ideal for 1-2 people. We also enjoyed that it was back off of the road for privacy and quiet. Other guests were also quiet and respectful. If you want a party scene, this is not your place. Looking forward to rebooking next year.

Wish I could give more than 5 stars!! Everything about our visit was seamless—from booking to check-in to checkout. We really appreciated how clear and easy the communication was, and how just the right amount of information was shared to make our trip smooth and enjoyable without ever feeling overwhelming.The house was wonderful. It truly felt like a hidden gem - steps from the beach, close to the city, all while being in a quiet and friendly neighborhood. I manage two beautiful properties, Pagbeachhouse and stpetevacationRental, located in two distinct areas - Pass-a-Grille Beach (a part of St Pete Beach) and St Petersburg (just 15 minutes away from each other). My properties are listed on multiple booking sites as well as available for direct booking.

I'm a proud mother of a fantastic young adult, and we love to travel, explore new destinations, and stay active. Personally, I've completed 8 Ironman races! In our home, we have a charming black miniature poodle named Charlie, and two adorable kitties - Tiger and Percy.

I believe in living life to the fullest, and my family and I enjoy all the wonderful activities that our area has to offer. When you book with me, I'll be more than happy to share recommendations on places to visit and things to do. Por qué escogió este alojamiento

I love this beach house, & I love this apartment. I personally redid most of the place myself. We lived there for a while as it is such a wonderful area, however daily demands called me away from the beach so I chose to make life easier and move closer to my daughters' school. The beach house is within driving distance to my home, it's easy to get to from the airport and an easy day trip to adventures in downtown St Pete, Tampa or Orlando. The best part of this beach house though is the peace that it brings to those who live there, the shelling, walking on the beach or just listening to nature. I look forward to moving back in a few years but for now, I invite you to live in this beautiful setting and enjoy the comfort of Pass A Grille Beach.

Even if you only stay for a week you will leave with sunsets on your mind and the horizon and open air in your heart. Enjoy!

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Nestled between the Gulf of Mexico and the Tampa Bay, Pass-a-Grille Beach is a gem with water and white sand beach everywhere in an underdeveloped little island. There are ten restaurants that are enticing, yummy and only a few blocks away. Cute shops and boutiques run along 8th Ave, the smallest downtown in the US which is perfect for strolling. Pass a Grille Beach is mostly a residential beach- It is perfect for a life made for walking, relaxing, cycling or swimming. The beach house is only a few steps from our beach trolley stop and the trolley can take you to wherever you want to go.. or you can just stay, enjoy the water, the sea grapes and the local restaurants as they entice all who come to this area. Above all enjoy the sunset that has made Pass a Grille/St Pete Beach the 'sunset capital of FL the water is all around to reflect the suns rays and shine with warmth on each glorious day.
