THE LEFT SIDE IS 30 SQ METERS AND FEATURES A SEPARATE BEDROOM, LIVING ROOM, GOURMET KITCHEN WITH FULL SIZE FRIDGE, INDUCTION COOKTOP, OVEN AND MICROWAVE. THERE IS A BALCONY OFF THE LIVING ROOM OVERLOOKING THE CATHEDRAL AND PLACE ROSSETTI. HARDWOOD FLOORING, GRANITE COUNTERTOPS, AND STAINLESS BOSCH APPLIANCES ARE JUST SOME OF THE MANY UPGRADES. THE LARGE BATHROOM FEATURES A RAIN CURTAIN SHOWER AND WASHER/DRYER FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE.

Fabulous apartment stocked with everything you need! Very clean and very comfortable wonderful location! Hosts were awesome very easy to make contact with. Would definitely love to stay here again!

The apartment is beautiful and ideally located. Though the kitchen space is tiny, it is well equipped. Communication straight forward and prompt. Third floor with steep winding staircase would be an issue, especially with luggage, for older afults or young children. Perfectly suited our needs

Nice in Nice

Great location, clean, dual rooms and dual bathrooms were great when traveling with adult children. Spent some time on the balcony for morning coffee and evening cocktail. Would stay there again!

Beautiful Old Town Nice

Great apartment in Old Nice. We loved our stay and highly recommended. Please note, the apartment is located on the 4th floor and the stairs are no joke and are the only way to access it.

Just a great stay. We loved southern France. Nice was a great springboard for our adventures and this property was perfect. Yes, we’re old and the stairs were a challenge, but other than that we really enjoyed the property!

Location is great in the center of old town square. Check-in was easy and host was very communicative. Washer/Dryer were very helpful as we were traveling for several weeks. Enjoyed the balconies. Kitchen is well equipped and the welcome bottle of wine was a nice touch. We would highly recommend staying here.

Four nights in Nice

A beautiful property, perfect for our family! Superb location, close to the tramway, shops, restaurants, beach and other sights! Gorgeous apartment, we all spent mornings and evenings on the balconies enjoying the sights. Well appointed, lots of USB ports, air conditioning, very well furnished. The welcome bottle of wine was so thoughtful as well! Just be prepared to carry your luggage up stairs! Dorina was very attentive and helpful. Overall, a fantastic experience and we hope to stay here again in the future!

Cleverly designed shared apartment offers private spaces for two couples in the heart of Old Town.

We can’t say enough positive things about this VRBO! It easily accommodated four adults, and the clever design of a common entryway adjoining a one-bedroom to a studio is ingenious. This space is perfect for traveling with friends or family. Each apartment had amenities and separate balconies offering a view of both Rossetti Square and Castle Hill. The laundry in the 1-bedroom bathroom was easy to use, and having two separate clotheslines off each balcony was appreciated. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and it was a treat to have air conditioning in both bedrooms and the main living area. The spacious showers and bathrooms offered ample storage, and the high-end appliances were a nice touch. The windows were excellent and blocked out all street noise from below. While the stairs were steep for navigating luggage, there were excellent hand rails and light switches on each floor to assist with navigation. I would stay here again. Highly recommend.

Beautiful aperment in the heart of the old town in Nice!

We rented 2 appartments that is possible to combine. We were very happy with the check in process although people should be aware they have to walk 5 minutes through the old town (pedestrian streets) and the apartments are on the 3rd floor. No elevator. The apartments are newly renovated and luxurious. Beautiful scenery from the balcony. Lots of resteraunts and charming shops. Good alr-comditioning. Highly recommended!

Amazing location in Old Nice

Spacious and comfortable apartment with an amazing location that can’t be beat! One person in your party needs to be able to lug heavy bags up three flights of uneven stairs. The location makes up for this disadvantage. Communication was prompt and effective. We could have done without all the reminders about how we may incur extra charges for key issues, late arrivals, etc but we assumed they are used to dealing with a very high volume of guests who may not have been as conscientious as we tried to be. Would stay here again (but pack lighter) :)

Perfect Location

The apartment was spotless, nicely decorated, very comfortable and in a great location in the heart of the Old Town and a short walk to the beach. It also had excellent air conditioning, which was greatly appreciated given Nice was quite warm during our visit. The apartment had everything you could need or want, including a washing machine. The host was very kind, responsive and very helpful as technical issues kept some of my texts from getting through to the property manager. Despite my text issues check in was a breeze. As others have mentioned the stairs are formidable, especially carrying luggage. But if you are in good shape (we aren’t :) it’s worth the climb to stay in this little gem of an apartment.

This 2 bedroom apartment was fabulous offering additional privacy if needed. Beds were the most comfortable of those we stayed in during our time in Europe. We couldn’t have asked for a better location (if you want to be in Old Town). Only a 5 minute walk to the water and loads of restaurants and cafes within walking distance. Note: the apartment is 4 flights up so that was good exercise!

AFTER LOOKING AT SEVERAL AREAS, WE DISCOVERED THAT THE OLD TOWN OFFERED SO MUCH MORE ACTIVITY. RUE ROSSETTI IS A QUIET STREET AND CARS ARE STRICTLY CONTROLLED AFTER 11AM EACH DAY. THE AREA IS FILLED WITH SIDEWALK RESTAURANTS AND CAFEES. THE APARTMENT IS ON THE 3RD FLOOR (NOT ELEVATOR) A COUPLE BLOCKS AWAY FROM PLACE ROSSETTI. THIS ELIMINATES MOST OF THE NOISE YOU FIND IN THE BUSIEST PARTS OF THE OLD TOWN. BEING ON THE 3RD FLOOR LETS IN A LOT OF NATURAL LIGHT AND THE BENEFIT OF 2 BALCONIES WITH AWNINGS ADD A NICE ATMOSPHERE BOTH DAY AND NIGHT.
