Location/view of ocean was excellent!Owner was a phone call away.Sun Skipper is name of the set of units where condo is. Name on the building may not be in the description.

Decor and beach view were fantastic. It was bothersome that both shower liners should be replaced due to mold. Doesn’t have elevator so tenants should be made aware as there are 28 steps to second floor. Had leak upon arrival in hall bath from badly installed shower in unit above. After alerting mgmt. it happened again.Great restaurants around close. You literally are so close to the beach on the nicely well furnished covered porch that it is as good as sitting on the beach. Can’t say enough about proximity to the beach.

The space was perfect for our family of four, with room for at least two more. Being right on the beach was great. Will definitely rent again.

Great condo oceanfront on north side of beach. Loved the double queen beds for grown kids. Kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. Owner was very responsive to messages. My only critiques for anyone else to be aware of is there is no outside shower available but owner did have a spray bottle and small brush for cleaning off. The lock to the condo works with app via Bluetooth so you have to keep phone with you at all times to go back and forth (not keypad locked). Otherwise it’s was a great place to vacation and would definitely go back!

Great location!

We had a great stay. First time at Carolina Beach. Location was awesome, great views of the beach and ocean. Well stocked, kids loved the custom bunk beds, all the beach toys and the puzzles, books and toys (great for the day it rained!). Definitely would stay again!

Great stay!

Loved our stay at this oceanfront condo! The kitchen is well-equipped and beach gear & towels are included. Grant suggested some great nearby restaurants & was a responsive host. Definitely recommend!

This condo was perfect for our girls weekend! Beautifully styled and thoughtfully stocked, the interior paired with the view was one of the best beach stays I have had in years. We will be back!

Best rental property ever!

Seas the Day was extremely clean and decorated very tastefully. The location to the beach and view could not have been any better. It had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. I would definitely stay here again.
