Amazing stay and location!

Our 1 & 2 year old had the best time. The location was perfect and within walking distance from the beach. The beach gear/toys were perfect for our babies and they had plenty of room to play in the common area. Mahalo for letting us enjoy your home!

Comfortable and friendly

Me and my family had the BEST time visiting Maui! I’m glad we picked this spot it is local to everything and just walking distance from the beach! The beds were very comfortable and they had beach toys and chairs for use and even wet suits for the kids (we didn’t use them but i thought that was awesome!) the home is well stocked with literally everything we needed! I would recommend this this place for parents with children it is very family friendly and feels like home away from home!

Perfect Little Get Away

We had a wonderful stay. We had one little hiccup, but everyone had such good communication that it made the stay perfect. We are so glad that we got this rental. It was so cute and had all the necessities. Thank you for making the stay wonderful.

Beautiful condo and wonderful stay

Myself, my daughter and her friend stayed in this condo for a week. The condo was beautiful and clean. It had every amenity we could have needed for our stay. The location to the beach, pool and even our car was perfect. I wound reccomend this condo to anyone and would love to stay here again when we come back.

Excellent Place to Stay

Centrally located in a safe neighbourhood, close to the beach and all amenities, this property was clean and cozy. Had all the ingredients for a fantastic, memorable vacation.

Relaxing Stay

Check in/out was seamless.. the property was clean and well stocked. AC splits in both bedroom and living area were a plus. Great location!

Close to the beach!!

The unit was small and a bit dated, but clean and well stocked. The description was pretty spot on, but the unit seemed larger in the photos. Two of us fit fine and it was great to have two bathrooms. Best amenity was the short walk across the main street to the ocean - lots of room, soft sand, lifeguards and we felt very safe. The unit had lots of beach chairs, toys, coolers, life vests, etc that made it easy to spend time at the beach comfortably. We walked across the street in the morning to SUP (rental was steps away) and again at night to watch the sunset, I would go back, but if more than two of us, I’d look for a larger unit. Management was extremely responsive. It was a great getaway!

Wonderful stay, super host

It was a wonderful time, with the space having everything we needed, including golf clubs!!! Wonderful property and the pool was awesome. Owner went above and beyond our expectations and we will definitely return.

This property was great. Right next to a beautiful beach with sunsets every night. Also comes with all the equipment you need for a great day at the beach. Very friendly and helpful owners.

Great stay in Maui

Our first time visit to Maui was wonderful for my husband and I. Condo was nice and clean. Had a nice tropical/beach vibe. The beach chairs, snorkel gear, umbrellas came in handy for beach days. All the kitchen items that you need was available. The surf boards to signs was a nice touch for visitors to sign and leave their mark in Maui.

Home away from home

We return to Marie’s condo year after year. It is comforting to come back to such a wonderful place with a gorgeous view of the plumeria trees and mountains from the lanai-perfect place to start your morning with that first cup of coffee. The best beaches right there too-so fun to walk from one to the other to swim and snorkel! The sweet little town of Kihei with its shopping and restaurants is an easy walk from the condo or the beach. The king size bed is amazingly comfortable!! And 2 bathrooms are a plus. Thank you again Marie. Until we meet again Maui :)

Overall my experience was great. This condo had everything we needed and provided items for beach and pool. Love the decor, two bathrooms, washer and dryer, the AC and all amenities. Location was perfect and we had an amazing trip. My only concern was we had ant problem in the kitchen. They got into food items in the cupboards and counter. However, I still recommend this condo.

Perfect location

I agonized whether to stay at a unit with partial ocean view or this unit’s garden view, made the right choice! The partial ocean view units were by a busy road while this unit was wonderfully quiet and balcony overlooked manicured gardens with 2 magnolia trees right up against the balcony. Loved the beach right across the street and the beach supplies in the unit. As far as food,, I wasn’t a fan of the food at Fred’s but farther up the road is Paia Fish Market which is not to miss. Also, I’m very fussy about sheets, the sheets on the bed are super comfy, sleeping was comfortable with ceiling fans and a cooling unit. Would definitely come back!

Maui 2022 - Quick Kihei Getaway

We enjoyed a fabulous week in Kihei. This was our first time visiting the south side of Maui, and it was perfect. The condos location was absolutely perfect right across the street from an amazing beach. Everything was super clean and it was a bonus to have air conditioning in both the living and sleeping areas. We didn’t use many of the facilities because we were there to relax and not be cooking or cleaning a lot of stuff but we were able to find places to eat that were close by and we could walk to a great ABC store with a fabulous deli that made fresh food that we could take in our in the cooler to the beach. The condo had everything we needed for the beach chairs, snorkeling equipment, and several sized coolers. We will definitely rent this condo again when we return to Maui.

Aloha! We are Steve, Marie, Tyler and Dalton Preitauer. While we wish we could say we live on Maui all year, we actually live in Colorado and spend time on Maui as much as possible. While Steve was a Mid-western boy growing up, Marie is a Colorado native. Both our sons were born in Boulder, Colorado, and we live just a few minutes outside of Boulder today. We are your typical working class family, but one that decided that Maui was part of our future, so why not start now? So, in 2006 and 2007, we bought on Maui! Someday, Maui will be our forever home, but not yet... We look forward to having you stay in our home and learn to love Maui the way we do. Aloha!!

Maui Banyan was our second purchase on Maui, and we love, love, LOVE it's location. Maui Banyan has beautifully landscaped grounds, two terrific pools and even has two hot tubs. You don't stop to think you will enjoy a hot tub at the end of the day on Maui, but you DO! The Aloha spirit is very evident at Maui Banyan, and makes it my favorite get-away on Maui! One of the other things I love about our condo at Maui Banyan is how QUIET the property is at night. I can sleep with the lanai doors open and enjoy being awoken by the sounds of the birds in the morning. I love the sound of paradise!!

Maui Banyan is across the street from one of the best beaches on the entire island, Kamaole II. It is also easy walking distance to several other terrific beaches and lots of shops, bars, and restaurants. It has the central location and Hawaiian feel that makes you feel instantly relaxed and on vacation. We have decorated our condo at Maui Banyan to feel tropical without feeling cliched. We hope to see you in Paradise!
