Great place to stay right on the beach. Amenities were great and the space was clean. Only negative was parking was tight due to it being a triplex.

Condo was great. Perfect for a couple. Enjoyed our stay very much, especially being right at the beach. Appreciated the concierge book.

Great Location, Loud Neighbors

Honest Review. My husband and I arrived on evening one of a four night stay. First night was terrific! Condo was lovely, extremely clean, plenty of space and amenities. Street noise can get a little loud but it’s expected given the location. I loved the walkability to the main attractions of town and happily sacrificed a little peace and quiet for convenience and proximity. The view off the porch is incredible! The beach is excellent and not at all crowded. Now the second through fourth night is where we hit a little snag, there appeared to be a large group of people who rented the unit right below us (second floor). No problem, right? Well, the bookshelf on the third floor unit connects directly via staircase to the unit below. Still no big deal since we have a lock so we are unable to enter the staircase. I’ve come to find out that the second floor does NOT have a lock and they were able to enter the space. Still, no big deal except there is about 3 feet of empty/unwalled space around the top of the bookshelf. My heart jumped in my throat because it sounded and felt like they were in our room! All they had to do was crawl over the top of the bookshelf and they had direct access to our unit and all of our belongings. It didn’t feel safe. We could also hear EVERYTHING. Kids shouting, dog barking, etc. They played loud music well into the night and the smell of their cooking infiltrated our unit. Smelled good, but still. Other than that, it was a great stay!

There were two issues that I wanted addressed.Master bedroom mattress was off frame, and TV was not operating. I left a message but never received call back.I would not recommend.

Wonderful Vacation

The view of the beach was amazing. Great location and very nice property. The master bathroom is very nice. We very much enjoyed our time here. The description of the property was very accurate.

Anniversary trip

The view was spectacular and it felt very private. We loved all the beautiful trees around the property. The beach wasn’t crowded. All amenities were wonderful and just as listed. Luxurious!!

The Perfect Beach Condo!

We had a wonderful stay in Siesta Key at the Dreamview Condo. The property was immaculate and even more beautiful and spacious than the photos depict. The view was amazing - we enjoyed our breakfast on the deck overlooking the beach. The location was perfect, on a less crowded portion of the beach and a short walk to Siesta Key Village where we had nice meals and listened to some great live music. I highly recommend this property and will be definitely returning for another stay.

Lipstick on a pig

The shower tiles were full of mold around the base, the shelves in the freezer were all rusted out, the sofa had no stuffing in the cushions, you had to sit on a pillow. The office chair was broken and only adjusted to the lowest level. The desk handles were broken. The washer and dryer were located outside in a shed and looked dirty and rusted plus you have to pay to use them. The deck was nice, the view was great but there were no lounge chairs to lay out on. The overall appearance of the place was tired. The instruction book said we had to vacuum the floors and strip the beds when we left. We would never consider this rental again.

Perfect location!

We had a great stay for our babymoon trip and would highly recommend. Easy access to the beach that wasn't super crowded in that area since there isn't a parking lot at the beach access and could easily walk to restaurants and shops. House had everything we needed for beach days, which is super convenient when you are flying. Comfortable bed, great views sitting on the deck. No complaints!

Location, location, location

Great location to the beach and town. All you need for the beach is provided, including chairs, umbrella, cooler and towels. You can easily walk to town, but because of the heat, we chose the 5 minute drive. Small tourist town with some great lunch and dinner locations and lots of tourist shops. Third floor view is stunning. Unit was clean, comfortable and well appointed. Some items are getting a bit rusty, but that's to be expected so close to beach. Remember, you are paying for location. Bed was really comfortable as well. There is a bit of road noise and foot traffic when sleeping due to unit being on a main road. Didn't really bother us though.

Getaway

Property was great for our spring break getaway. Unit had lots of space for a one bedroom and was very much as pictured and described. The location was convenient and within walking distance of Siesta Key Village and provided easy access to the beach. Property management was great to work with and very responsive.

It was the perfect private beach, location to town was totally walkable, the deck was perfect for coffee, it was very private. If you’re looking for a romantic getaway this is your place. The third floor was a homerun!!

Lovely place

We had a beautiful view of the water in very natural surroundings. We loved sitting out on the balcony listening to the waves! It’s just minutes to walk to the beach. We also walked to Siesta Key Village daily. Anthony was very attentive and remedied the few small issues we had quickly. One thing in the unit that should be fixed is the bottom freezer - it works, but the whole large container was missing meaning you can’t store anything in there - we didn’t need to use it except for ice, but others might. We really enjoyed our stay in the Dreamview Beachfront condo!

Our stay was great. The place was so close to beach. The only issue was outside lights did not work and the guy came out and said he didn’t have the right stuff to fix.
