Villa Fabiola on valoisa ja tyylikäs kolmikerroksinen huvila viehätys tyypillinen ja antiikin Välimeren taloa kuusi henkilöä. Villa Fabiolalta on upea näköala merelle ja Praianolle. Villa Fabiola on noin 130 neliömetriä, ja siinä on kaksi tilavaa yksityistä terassia, oma puutarha ja ilmastointi (tarkista kuvaus alla saadaksesi selville, mitä huoneita on saatavilla).
Olet Praian keskustassa, josta löydät ravintoloita ja kauppoja. Löydät pysäkin SITA bussi Amalfi - Sorrento linja 250 metriä ja lähin ranta noin 1 km. Villa Fabiola saapuu katutasolta nousemalla polulle, joka sisältää noin 236 askelta.
Sinun ei tarvitse autoa pysyä Villa Fabiolassa. Jos tulet autolla, voit pysäköidä sen noin 250 metrillä varattuun pysäköintitilaan. Pysäköinti voi mahtua pieniin autoihin (Fiat Punto tai pienempi).

Olohuoneessa on kolme nojatuolia. Olohuoneessa on myös keittotila. Keittiössä on viiden polttimen kaasuliesi, sähköuuni, jääkaappi ja pakastin, astianpesukone, mikroaaltouuni, italialaistyylinen kahvinkeitin, amerikkalainen kahvinkeitin, leivänpaahdin ja muut pienet kodinkoneet. Ruokapöytä on kuudelle hengelle. Tässä huoneessa on taulu-tv satelliittikanavilla ja CD-soitin, jossa on radio. Olohuoneesta pääsee ensimmäiselle terassille, josta on näköala merelle ja rannikolle kahden ranskalaisen oven kautta. Olohuoneessa on ilmastointi / lämmitys.

Toinen terassi on 80 neliömetriä. Se on osittain varjostettu pergola viiniköynnösten. Se on varustettu pöydillä, tuoleilla, aurinkovarjoilla, lepotuoleilla, aurinkotuoleilla ja ulkosuihkuilla. Terassilta on upea näköala merelle.
Makuuhuone 1 kylpyhuoneella
Voit tulla ensimmäiseen makuuhuoneeseen käytävästä. Huonekalut ovat tyylikkäitä ja kirkkaita. Huoneessa on parivuode. Lisävuode on saatavissa (pyydettäessä etukäteen), jotta se olisi kolmen hengen huone (enintään kuuden vuodepaikan enimmäismäärä). Kalustukseen kuuluu kirjoituspöytä. Makuuhuoneesta voit tulla toisen terassin näköalalla merelle ja rannikolle ranskalaisen oven kautta. Makuuhuoneessa on ilmastointi / lämmitys. Huoneessa on kylpyhuone, jossa on pesuallas, wc ja suihku.
Makuuhuone 2 ja kylpyhuone
Voit siirtyä toiseen makuuhuoneeseen käytävästä. Huonekalut ovat tyylikkäitä ja hienostuneita. Huoneessa on parivuode. Makuuhuoneesta voit tulla toisen terassin näköalalla merelle ja rannikolle ranskalaisen oven kautta. Makuuhuoneessa on ilmastointi / lämmitys. Huoneessa on kylpyhuone, jossa on keraamiset käsintehdyt keramiikka ja jossa on pesuallas, wc, suihku ja poreallas, jossa on suihku.

The host greeted us, helped us park our car (in the future I wouldn’t rent a car), had our luggage taken to the villa, and gave us detailed ideas of restaurants, markets, buses/water taxi, and things to do. The location was so beautiful we didn’t feel the need to go anywhere else! Easy trips to Amalfi, Positano, Capri. And a couple hikes up to Path of the Gods and over to Positano. Lots of stairs like throughout Amalfi coast. We wanted to stay another week!

Beyond perfection on every level, especially the host!

This property is like something out of a movie and is a perfect spot to use as a base if you want to see all of the Amalfi coast. The villa is spotless and beautiful and it is obvious that Antonio, the host, takes great pride in it. He keeps it up as one would a home they live in on a day to day basis, and not just a vacation rental property. Nothing is done half way or cheaply. Everything is well thought out and has a purpose for where it is located in the house and how it should be used. As a host, Antonio is perfect. He met us at the house when we arrived to give us keys and explain the minimal 'house rule's and how everything worked, but after that he also sat with us and reviewed our itinerary. With his assistance he helped us revise it to get the most out of the time we were there and the money we were spending. He helped our visit exceed our wildest expectataions. He made us feel like family! If there was more than a 5 star rating available, I would definitely give it. and there are not enough stars for Antonio. Mille, Mille Grazie Antonio! If we ever have the opportunity to get back to the Amalfi coast, this is where we are going too stay,

The villa was perfect for us

The villa was perfect for us. We were two couples traveling together. Each of us had plenty of space. The views from the terraces are breathtaking. We ate breakfast outside each morning before heading out to explore the Amalfi Coast. Praiano was a perfect location away from the crowds of Positano and Amalfi. While there are lots of steps to access the villa, it is quite doable. The steps made us feel less guilty about all the great food and wine in the area. This villa is a perfect choice for couples traveling together or families. Mr. Antonio, the owner was a great host. He was charming and helpful. He takes great pride in the home, and it shows. Summer In Italy was easy to work with, communicative and always available. Will absolutely rent from them again when in Italy!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the villa. Great space for our family to enjoy the time in Praiano. Mr. Antonio, the owner was a wonderful help throughout our stay. Great experience with Summer In Italy, great service. We had some logistic challenges and Klint was a big help and sorting us out.

This accommodation was perfect for our family. Comfortable, wonderful views, great location, and all amenities that we needed. My only regret is that we were not able to stay longer! No suggestions. We had a wonderful stay at Villa Fabiola

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Fabiola - the views are incredible from every room and the terraces are magnificent. The villa had everything we needed and was so relaxing and peaceful. It felt like home and is so beautiful inside and out. The home is quite spacious, with plenty of room - easily 2 couples could share or a large family would also have plenty of room. The beds were very comfortable and air conditioning during a heatwave while we were there helped keep the bedrooms cool for sleeping. Check-in and check-out was super easy and our host, Antonio, made us feel like family. He went above and beyond getting our bags to the villa and was so friendly showing us everything we could do in the surrounding areas. Antonio was absolutely incredible to us and we will always remember his kindness and beautiful home. We didn’t want to leave! I read reviews on the net that mentioned Summer In Italy several times and after a few communications through email with Luca, decided I wanted to work with your company to book our stay in the Amalfi Coast. Luca was very patient with me and answered all of my questions thoroughly. He took the time to look for the best alternative options when my first choice wound up not available. The service and devotion to making sure myself and my family were satisfied will make me use Summer In Italy for any future trip to Italy.

I stayed here with my three children and it was a wonderful experience

I stayed here with my three children and it was a wonderful experience. The home is on three levels and had enough space for everyone to be on their own, and a very comfortable kitchen and outdoor spaces for everyone to congregate together. I should note that there are also enough terrace spots to have solitude as well. The views are fabulous. You can easily walk to a small, super cute grocery store to get the necessities, as well as a very nice restaurant (La Moressa), where I had my morning cappuccino with an incredible view, and also enjoyed some fabulous dinners. The walk to the beach (and especially back) can be challenging, but the good news is that public transport goes to the nearby grocery store, which allows for getting to and from the beach, as well as to neighboring towns easy. The best thing about our stay was Antonio [the owner], who welcomed us with such warmth. It started with the fact that we were dropped off many, many steps lower than the home and had to make our way up. Antonio had great spirit and humor and took 3 of our 4 bags on his motorbike, including carrying one on his lap! The home has a very helpful binder with schedules for transportation, trash/ recycling pick-up, brochures for local attractions/ activities - and Antonio walked us through all of it, answering questions along the way. He arranged our trip to Capri, as well as our final dinner to watch the sunset (including transportation to and from). Our flight was out of Rome and required us to leave at 4:30 in the morning and he was a great sport - arriving at 4:15 to check us out and help us get our bags to the grocery for pick up by the driver. He also have us his cell phone and told us to contact him if we had any issues. It was a much more personal touch than I had expected and I now want to go back just to see Antonio again. I loved his parting words: "The first visit is just to understand a place, and the second visit is to relax". I think we were able to relax, but I hope we are blessed to go back for another visit! Great trip.

We had a wonderful week at Villa Fabiola. The villa is spectacular and the views from the terraces are great. There are fruit trees on the property. The owner Antonio was very helpful and spent time with us explaining transportation and local restaurants. I would highly recommend Villa Fabiola.

Excellent location

Excellent location - I will never forget those views and the blue of the sea and sky. The terraces are spectacular and served our need to be outdoors as much as we could. Very relaxing and wonderful vacation. We felt quite safe in this village - it was quaint, beautiful and made me long for a simple way of life. Good organization - I feel comfortable with Summer in Italy - this is my third experience with them and all of them have been more than satisfactory. Thank you SII for another great trip! You will always be my contact for stays in Italy. Hopefully I will be planning another trip in the not too distant future.

We enjoyed our stay in villa Fabiola. The house was very clean and very well equipped. The owner was helpful. It was nice of the people of the grocery store that they delivered at the house because of the 60 steps to the house. We were satisfied to book with Summer in Italy. Everything was correct and everyone was very helpful.

Villa Fabiola was fantastic. We looked forward to the end of the day when we would have our "happy hour" on the balcony overlooking the blue Mediterranean. In fact most of our meals were had on the balcony. The view was to die for. We recommend the small grocery store a short walk from the villa for some of the best bread, cured meats, wine and general grocery items. The villa was large, comfortable and you wanted for nothing. Summer in Italy very professional and most definitely use them again and recommend strongly.
