Villa Mariolina Grande is a characteristic and welcoming two-story age-old farm house located in an isolated position, on the slopes of a hill which is covered with olive groves. It sleeps 34 people. From Villa Mariolina Grande you will enjoy an enchanting view of the Valdarno (Arno Valley). Villa Mariolina Grande is 450 square meters (4850 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, a spacious private terrace, a private patio, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 2 km (1.2 miles) from Pian di Scò, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation.
To stay at Villa Mariolina Grande you will need a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, free of charge in a reserved parking space.

Villa Mariolina Grande is divided into five apartments, each one with its own services.
 
Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 5 meters (16 feet) large by 12 meters (39 feet) long, from 1.40 meter (4.6 feet) to 1.70 meters (5.6 feet) deep. The area is equipped with tables, chairs, sun umbrellas, sun loungers and an external shower. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a wonderful view of the Valdarno (Arno Valley). The pool is open from the beginning of May until mid-October.
Terrace
The terrace is 70 square meters (750 square feet) large. It is equipped with tables and chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a wonderful view of the Valdarno (Arno Valley).
Patio
The patio is 50 square meters (540 square feet) large. You will be able to enter it from the kitchen and from the garden. It is partly shaded by a gazebo. It is equipped with a table, chairs, two deck chairs and sun loungers. Here you will also find a brickwork barbecue. From the patio you will have a view of the swimming pool and of the hills.
Garden
The garden is 3000 square meters (32300 square feet). It is partly shaded by elegant olive trees and by perfumed fig trees. It is equipped with tables, chairs and sun loungers. In the garden you will find a children's playground and you will be able to have fun with a ping pong table and a football table, and you will also find a portable barbecue. From the garden you will enjoy an enchanting view of the Valdarno (Arno Valley).
First Apartment, Ground FloorLiving Room 1
The first living room is paved with Tuscan terracotta tiles. The furnishings are warm and welcoming, featuring some antique pieces, and include two sofas. There is a big and age-old fireplace made of stone. The dining table can accommodate 20 guests. In this room you will find a television (local channels) and a CD player with FM radio. From the living room you will be able to enter the patio and the garden through a French door. The room has three windows with a view of the swimming pool and of the hills.
Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker and a kettle. Here you will also find an iron and an ironing board. The dining table can accommodate six guests. The kitchen has two windows with a view of the greenery and of the hills.
