The newly renovated studio is located in one of the greenest and most sought-after parts of Stuttgart. City center is a short bus ride away, and the bus stop is steps away from the house. Across the street is a forest with jogging, bicycling and hiking trails, fitness areas, barbecue pits, tennis clubs, restaurants...
The nicely furnished studio is located on the ground floor, with its own terrace. The Killesberg park (with a children's railroad, children's petting zoo, an outdoor pool and many other attractions), and the Killesberg Hoehe shopping center are just two bus stops away.
