Totalmente remodelado apartamento de 2 habitaciones, 2 baños frente al mar. Contadores de cuarzo y baldosas de 16x16 en cocina y baños. Baldosas de grano de madera en las zonas de estar / dormitorio. Baño principal expandido con puertas de ducha de vidrio transparente. Cocina muy bien equipada con paso ampliado para asientos adicionales y mayor vista al mar. King, dos gemelos, sofá cama, tres televisores (pantalla plana, televisores inteligentes con su contraseña, HI-DEF en la sala de estar y dormitorio principal) estéreo. Parrilla de carbón Weber, ventanas y controles deslizantes de alto impacto y servicio de Internet de alta velocidad. Plantación de persianas en todo. ¡En Summerhouse tenemos 4 piscinas con temperatura regulada para elegir en la propiedad, lo que hace que sea cómodo nadar durante todo el año! También hay cuatro canchas de tenis, dos canchas de racquetball y una cancha de pickleball. Tenemos dos áreas de parrillas y dos parques infantiles para los niños convenientemente ubicados en cada extremo de la propiedad. Nuestra área común alrededor de las piscinas está cubierta de hierba deliciosa y bien cuidada con un corto paseo hasta la playa. Nuestra unidad de alquiler cuenta con un amable personal de recepción y mantenimiento en el lugar para ayudar a resolver cualquier problema rápidamente en caso de que surja. Needs improvements

Love the condo but a few things need fixing

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Second time staying in this condo, so we definitely like it. But the old TV’s in the bedrooms need to be updated to true smart TVs. We were stuck watching cable or just Netflix. No other apps. I almost went and bought new TVs. That’s how aggravating that was. The vertical blinds are a disaster. Constantly falling. Please replace them with curtains on a track that you just pull across. Mold on master bath ceiling needs remediation. Likely caused by bathroom vent not working. Overhead fan in guest bedroom also not working. One shelf from pantry needs to be removed from the bottom so a trash can can fit in there. The oversized trash can provided takes up way too much room in a small space. We do love this condo, so hopefully these things get fixed and we will stay there again.

Kind of eerie at night. You feel someone is watching you! Something going on with plug behind the sofa. Lamp to the right wasn’t working, tried switching bulb from the other, but that wasn’t it. So we switched lamps, had to use an extension cord for it to work from another plug. View wasn’t the best for the ocean. (Bushes a tad high)But understand about erosion.

Note: Bathtub could use reglazing or replacement.Please note: A broom and dust pan needed and new throw rugs would be a plus.Cleaning crew doing a nice job using Lysol products but need to note attention to the shower door tracks in both bathrooms.
