Unit 256 es una casa frente al mar con 2 dormitorios y 2. 5 baños. Este condominio se acaba de actualizar con nuevos pisos de tablones de madera de vinilo, nuevas ventanas, nuevos revestimientos de ventanas y se acaba de pintar. ¡La vista de Crescent Beach desde el balcón o por las nuevas ventanas es hermosa! El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king size con un colchón nuevo. También tiene un nuevo Smart TV para que pueda usar su cuenta de Netflix para ver sus películas. Hay dos camas individuales nuevas en la habitación de invitados junto con un reproductor de TV / DVD. Imagínese sentado en el sofá cama viendo un programa en el nuevo televisor inteligente de 45 "con cable HD, mientras disfruta de la vista a la playa. También hay un reproductor de DVD para este televisor. Para que su estadía aquí sea más relajante, la cocina está bien equipada y hay una lavadora y secadora en esta unidad. WI-FI está disponible. Su estadía aquí será tan relajante que no querrá irse. ¡En Summerhouse tenemos 4 piscinas con temperatura regulada para elegir en la propiedad, lo que hace que sea cómodo nadar durante todo el año! También hay cuatro canchas de tenis, dos canchas de racquetball y una cancha de pickleball. Very Happy with this unit

Thankfully, summerhouse has 4 pools to choose from, a quick drive in either direction to get food, shopping. Great sunrises at summerhouse..quiet and serene!Bella in the office went above and beyond, answering calls and emails. One caveat, the new gates were a hassle..the plate reader would often not read our plate..had to be let in..felt like we better not leave after 5pm when the office closed. Next time will purchase the hanging tag, upon its return you are refunded.

It has broken slats and was extremely difficult to open. The outlet on the balcony has exposed wires. The shower door leaks at the bottom. I suggest a squeegee to keep the floor dry. The illuminated beach art is beautiful in the primary bedroom however, I prefer a dark bedroom. Thank you!

Great for the Price

Our only real complaint if you can call it that is the kitchen cabinets are so cluttered there was zero space for the groceries my friend bought. So they were on the counter leaving no work space for cooking. The big plastic cups in the cabinet were moldy. Get rid of all those and there would be a little space. Just way too many unnecessary dishes. The decor is dated if you’re into that stuff. We didn’t really care. The place was clean and accommodated my family. It’s also right on the beach with amazing view from the living room and master bedroom. The blinds in the guest bedroom are broken, and the teen we had staying in that room had to rig a blanket over the window. Unfortunately, they didn’t tell us until the last day they’d had to do that. I would however stay again. Like I said I don’t have any real complaints but some suggestions minus the blinds. Also, if you have a second car good luck finding open guest parking.

Pool was great and close and unit was well equipped, comfy beds. Outside steps to this unit and once there, another stairway to bedrooms. Balcony from living room with chairs. We asked for early check in and office was accommodating and helpful with dining suggestions. Overall a great place for the price
