Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have rented this unit for many years and love it. A few suggestions: the A/C might need the freon checked. The unit had a hard time cooling during the day but caught up at night. Also, all of the carpets, freestanding and regular carpets, may need to be steam cleaned. Our feet kept getting dirty walking around the unit. Other than those two things, we loved our stay in the unit.

Comfortable accommodations and very pleased with the amenities and activities provided. Property was clean and accommodating. Few minor adjustments such as a new shower head in the master bath as the water pressure is low. Reported to office master bath had a drain stop malfunction, loose handrail to the second floor and a few lightbulb replacements which are currently not attended to.We would definitely recommend this property to a friend or relative.Loved our stay and hope to return for a longer time next year.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love Summerhouse! The location near the end of Crescent Beach is amazing, laid back, relaxing. There was a nice added touch of on property fireworks provided by Summerhouse for the Fourth of July. The office staff seemed to be in transition with new, inexperienced staff during this very busy week. Unit 353 is all about location - an end of building unit with extra entry space, extra balcony space, extra windows with exceptional beach views and a large primary bedroom. The unit itself is lack-luster with dated furnishings, 1980's (original) kitchen and bathroom counters and fixtures. However, we do not come to Summerhouse to sit inside so we overlook the interior and revel in the fun-in-the-sun experiences at the beach and pool side. Heading back in 2024!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our first trip to Summerhouse was in July, 1983, with our five very young children. We have visited 22-23 summers since then. Now we have a wonderful time with our children, GRANDchildren and extended family; eight units in July, 2021. We treasure our Summerhouse vacation! Hubby and I have rented the same unit for eleven years now, a corner townhouse which is a little larger than 'inside' townhouses, with a spectacular view because of the extra windows. Since we have access to a variety of other units, however, we see many upgrades in kitchens, bathrooms and furnishings. We realize how dated 'our' unit has become. But, as I said, it's location, location, location. We will continue our visits to 353 because, truly, we go to Summerhouse to enjoy the balcony, pool and sandy beaches! Til July, 2022!
