Hay un baño convenientemente ubicado abajo. Está amueblado con un rey en la suite principal y una reina en la habitación de invitados. Condominio perfecto para parejas. Hay tres televisores de 55 'en esta unidad con DVR. Cocina totalmente equipada con lavavajillas y keurig. La unidad tiene una lavadora / secadora y su propio acceso a Internet para guardar su teléfono en datos. Ducha recientemente renovada en baño principal.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The balcony overlooking the beach was the highlight of our stay here. We saw great sunrises, moonrises, dolphins and a tortoise. The interior however was a bit tired. Kitchen needs a thorough cleaning and cabinet reorganization. Some dodgy wiring was a concern.

For us it's a matter of comfort and location. Location. Gets a 10,comfort gets a 7. A good night's sleep is the most important thing for us after a day on the beach. Unfortunately the mattresses have seen better days.

My only complaint is the lack of baking/cookies pans in the kitchen (no cookie sheets, casserole dishes, measuring cups, etc....basically nothing for oven cooking). Other than that, 406 is wonderful! The beds were very comfortable,and the condo was clean and inviting. We will definitely be back next year!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been coming to Summerhouse for 4-5 years now generally for the month of Marsh. This Oceanfront townhouse is our favorite. It is nicely furnished. The appliances are what you would expect in your own home relatively new we believe and in excellent condition. In this condo you are looking direct at the Atlantic and a very short walk to one of the most beautiful beaches on east shoreline of Florida. Here, you are accessible to either St. Augustine, Palm Coast, and Daytona Beach. The only thing disappointing is that we are unable to get it for 2022.
