Nuevo, remodelado apartamento de 2 habitaciones, 2 baños frente al mar. Brillante, aireado y cómodo! Los últimos pisos de tablones en todas partes. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama King size y baño privado con azulejos con un área de tocador incorporada. Suite de invitados con 2 camas individuales y baño privado con azulejos y bañera. Nuevo sofá cama Queen en la sala de estar. Cocina de granito y acero inoxidable completamente equipada. Tres televisores de pantalla plana HD, estéreo e internet privado de alta velocidad. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I love my time at the Summerhouse, because Im right on the ocean being able to watch the sun come up every morning . Pools are heated and a lot of green space. My condo needed more kitchen items. Storm Door does not close needs to be replaced.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in this unit previously and it is in serious need of an update. The coffee table leg was broken, every time the dishwasher was opened roaches could be seen crawling around, bathrooms need some serious love, the bed is old, and a water leak caused water to seep up through the vinyl planks (and no one seemed interested in removing some of flooring to prevent mold and check the extent of the issue).

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The view was amazing. The kitchen is lovely. We’ve stayed here before but it just needs some cosmetic repairs. The beds and bedding were not as comfortable as we would have liked. The toilet continued to overflow we called maintenance, no one came. The sink was about to come off the wall. The second bathroom shower door caused it to flood in the bathroom after every shower. There was no can opener. We did call maintenance and they came to fix the outside door because the slats kept coming off. The legs on the dining room table and coffee table were loose. The walls were all scuffed up and could probably use a paint job. The chairs outside have broken ones that need replacing as well.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, I was satisfied with our stay. Our family had been staying at Summerhouse for over two decades. There were a few detractors from this stay which may push us towards an Airbnb next time. When we checked in, neither the wifi or cable were working. I called management and was told a trouble ticket would be put in for the repair. The next day I had to call again after lunch to remind them neither were working. Eventually the cable was turned on, but the wifi was not functional for our entire stay. I was also told I would receive a call back reference the issue but did not. The other detector was the temperature of the pool. We always stay on the same week every year and the pool was much cooler, far from heated a advertised, than usual. I know these are not huge issues, but for the high price they are expected. As far as the location, you really can't beat it but with so many beach front rentals in the area, for less money, I may have to look elsewhere after these hiccups and apparent lack of concern on management's part.

We checked in at 4:00 on Saturday and office closed at 5:00, if there was a problem it couldn’t be reported till the next day

Enjoyed our stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Apt was great, views unbeatable, clean, beds and couches comfortable. We had no problems, so never contacted office, but they were helpful with booking and late arrival. A little bare bones re: amenities- usually people supply salt, pepper, some games and similar, but it was fine. Property is a half hour from st. Augustine, easy drive, but be aware if coming for sightseeing. Also far for most restaurants and activities. That was fine with us, but be aware. Beach is great for walking. We could hear our upstairs neighbors water going and walking, but not voices. Loved our stay.

Unit 455 was a very nice unit I have been in it many times before as my family rents up to eight units every year. Unit just needs to have oven repaired and kitchen window repaired so that it will actually open. Probably just about ready for new AC compressor also. other than that it was perfect

This years stay coupled with superior weather was wonderful.The office staff was friendly and helpful, the accommodations, which we were familiar with were exceptional. We expect to visit many times in the years to come. One caution , manage escalating cost to visit.

Beach Week Family Reunion 2019

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit is very nice and full equipped. Our stay was wonderful however, check in did not go smoothly.The cleaner's did not show up until 2:45. I sat patiently in the office for my keys until 4:00PM and then started to get a annoyed (a full hour after check- in). No one seemed to know what was going on. When I got in, dirty towels and bloody sheets were put in bathroom and on bed? I brought them to the office. And then, upon my check out, I asked for a 30 minute late check-out to 10:30 and was originally told absolutely not as the cleaners had to get in. I politely reminded the office of my experience at check-in and they reluctantly agreed to give me the 30 minute late check-out. I watched from the pool and the cleaners had not showed up by noon. These are little things that could easily make someone's stay more enjoyable.
