Family joy

The entire stay was seamless from the beginning to the end. The house was adorable and had everything we needed. We were able to walk just about every where from this location too. The house was clean and had all the necessary amenities. I highly recommend this property. Oh and the roof top patio was perfect for relaxing.

Great spot, perfect location

Anne was extremely flexible letting us check in early and checkout late…the late checkout was extremely nice given the time change. House was well stocked and clean. Perfect location…6 blocks from some of the fun spots on South street and walkable to many other places. I would stay here again.

Great property in the heart of the city!

Fantastic property in the heart of Philly. The townhouse was located within an easy to walk to almost all of the touristy stuff we wanted to do, but also in a quiet neighborhood where it was easy to get som much needed rest. There are a few things around the property that show off their age, but nothing that is detrimental to the renters experience. I’d definitely stay here again if we make it back to Philly in the future.

Ann is Amazing!

We had some issues with logging into my vrbo account, so I was unable to see the checkin information and vrbo support was not helpful. However we were able to contact Ann and she was so helpful and understanding of our situation! Great at communication, her home was perfect for our group as we were here for a school conference. Location was perfect, walking distance from everything! She has the place Harry Potter themed which is really cute and my group loved it. Thank you for everything Ann!

I am a mother of 3 young girls and help co-manage properties with my husband. My husband and I loved to travel before kids and we still enjoy meeting and talking with people from all over the world.
My husband grew up in Philly and knows a lot about the city and history. In our spare time we take our girls to parks, "down to the shore," and the zoo & local museums geared towards youngsters as well as get together with friends and family. I particularly enjoy cooking for family and friends in my home.
As our girls become older we hope to resume traveling and exploring this big wide world!

Varför värden valde detta boende

My husband bought this property before the "Philadelphia Renaissance" in the 1990's. He has renovated this house over the years to rent out to college and grad students and young professionals. Recently we have updated this house to accomodate shorter term vacation and work visitors. As parents of young children ourselves, we incorporated family friendly features throughout the house.

You and your kids will be delighted with all the unexpected Harry Potter features. This house was outfitted with having a family or work group in mind. There is a full working kitchen, washer & dryer, patio with grill, roof deck and we are close to everything you might need during your stay, as well as fabulous dining, arts and museums and parks.
