Beautiful Rittenhouse Square House 4 bedroom and 2 baths
Same day booking check in is 4pm or two (2) hours after booking, whichever is later.
First floor -- living room with high ceilings eat-in kitchen and French doors to a small private patio.
Second floor - Two bedrooms are separated by a super small study with two separate doors to each of the bedrooms. One bedroom has access to this study.
Third Floor -- Two bedrooms one on each end of the hall. The front bedroom has two doors, one to the hall, one to the bathroom. The bathroom on this floor is in the middle of the floor with two doors, one to the front bathroom and one to the hall accessible for the back bedroom.
The house has central air and hardwood floors throughout.
We fell in love with this bright and airy corner town home's high ceilings, original details, and amazing desirable location.
We've aimed to furnish the entire house for a comfortable stay while maintaining this historical house's charm and details.
The beds are made with freshly laundered sheets, towels, and of course, cleaned for your stay.
Please note this is an older house and while we do our best to clean we are in the city and critter and pests may enter the house. If you are not comfortable with this, please do not book.
We purchased this home after enjoying hosting a smaller house nearby that is my parents' primary home when they are in the United States. We hope you will enjoy your stay in this new house during your visit to Philadelphia. Please note we do not allow for local guests. Please let me know the reason for your visit.

Our host was very responsive from booking to checkout. The house's location is great and within a reasonable walking distance to many of Phladelohia's parks, squares, restaurants... When an Uber was needed, it arrived quickly. We're already planning another trip a d will stay at this location ation.

Our host was communicative and very helpful! We had a little bit of an issue accessing the property but they were responsive and helpful in getting us the needed information for access. The home is in such a great location for exploring the city and was very convenient for grabbing food/drinks/groceries/etc! We did have some issues with the fridge keeping cool enough for our groceries to stay good, we were visiting during a heatwave, but with the proximity to shops, we were able to manage!

Excellent choice for Philly. Location cannot be beat. The immediate area is filled with great places to eat (The Dandelion, The Winder, Guisseppe & Sons). Easy walk to the historic sites. Four bedrooms were great for our three generation family visit. Kitchen is well equipped.It is a very old house so the floor are a little noisy but that is the charm of being in the city.

Wonderful Stay! Great Location!
Our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 teens) loved staying here. This historic home is beautiful, well-appointed, in a great walkable location, and check-in/check-out was a breeze. I highly recommend it and would love to stay here again.

Sophie is a wonderful hostess
We had a short stay but very nice times location is fantastic and close to so many wonderful shops and restaurants.

Delightful house on a relatively quiet street in a fantastic neighborhood. Communication was prompt and access and departure was seemless. Wish we could have stayed longer and wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Great Place
Such a charming house in a great neighborhood. The only setback for us was there was no parking for our rental car but there is a parking garage across the street that we used. We really enjoyed the house.

Perfect home to enjoy the city
The home was located in a good section of town and was very spacious and accommodating to our needs. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place to anyone.

Philly wedding family trip
wonderful little neighbor with lots of restaurants, nearby and parking. Easy access getting in and out and host was very responsive with any questions lots of room for my entire family

Cozy authentic place

Family weekend in Philly
Great space for our family to enjoy city sights! Parking garage was very close and reasonably priced. Overall a great value to be in a walkable part of the city.
