Great place to stay! Clean & well equipped. The house provided everything you need to enjoy the beach. Beach was very easy to walk to as was shopping & restaurants. Will be back to stay!

This is a great property, close to the beach and to the village, making it easy to walk everywhere. The beach wagons contain most of the things you need, like chairs, and umbrellas, and a cooler, and were very helpful. This is an older property - vintage beach, and we loved it.

GREAT LOCATION!! Place had pretty much everything you need. Loved all the beach supplies. Kitchen is VERY SMALL. I wish there was a shower attached to this unit, it was located at the end of the four plex. Location was amazing to the beach and downtown Siesta Key I would definitely recommend a place to rinse your feet off outside. We noticed other units had them right there with their units.

Condo/apartment is in a prime location. Walking distance to the village (where there’s restaurants, shops, grocery, etc) and walking distance to the beach at beach access #7. Comes with two strollers, chairs, umbrellas, coolers, beach towels, beach bags, noodles. Everything you will need for the beach. Only down side to this place is you are on your own for all essentials - toilet paper, paper towels, ziplocks, dish soap, etc. We had to buy our own toilet paper and paper towels to have enough for our 6 day 5 night stay. Has community washers and dryers - 2 each - but you have to pay 1.75 per use. Even to have clean towels to shower while you stay. Bed is super comfortable and couch bed is also comfortable. Would recommend this place based on the convenience to the village and to the beach - walking distance to everything you could need.

Great for just my husband and I. Great TV. Never ran out out hot water😊. We are older and my husband had a little trouble maneuvering the older style bath/shower situation. Convenient to beach and village. Everything worked. Owners are responsive to any needs.

NEEDS SOME WORK!

Cute little house to stay at and very close to the ocean. However, it definitely needs new exterior doors. We ended up having 2 cockroaches and the doors were not safe at all. Anyone could’ve broken in with the jiggling door handles and fake exterior door.

Our housekeeper had to work two days getting the unit back in shape. Hopefully you don't do this to another owner.

July Siesta Key stay

First time in Siesta Key. Location was fantastic. Close enough to walk to the beach and to the village. Everything was under a 10 minute walk. The cottage is a decent size and is comfortable. Pillows are a little flat but bed is pretty comfy. The place has everything you need to be comfortable. It could use updating in spots, but it’s clean and convenient. The owners are very accommodating and friendly. Mark who lives next door is very helpful and friendly. I will say that if you plan to sit on the back patio there is no privacy, but it’s a Nice space with a gas grill. The beach is beautiful and the key is just overall a great place to visit. We would definitely go back and stay here again.

Great little slice of paradise!

Cute cozy cabin on Siesta Key in a quiet little neighborhood that was perfectly located for walking to the beach and to the Village! They had beach towels, chairs, and umbrellas so we didn't have to worry about bringing all that from home, and they had a cart so we could get all our stuff to the beach! There was help available onsite at the property as well as management via the website, and they were all super helpful! Great place to stay if you are looking for something on Siesta Key and close to both the Village and the Beach without the high price of the big condos. We had a great time!

Great rental for two!

The condo was exactly what me and my partner needed for our little vacation. It was clean with lots of amenities; plenty beach supplies, typical household necessities, extra towels, extra sheets and shower items. Can be noisy since it is location right on canal road but nothing excessive. Great location for walking to the siesta key town. The host was very understanding when we had issues arise before our scheduled trip and made sure to check in with us to see if we had made it to the rental. Will definitely consider staying here again for my next trip to siesta key!

GREAT EXPERIENCE

This place was perfect. We did not rent a car due to the beach access being right across the street, the village just a couple blocks away and the trolley access to take you from the village down to Turtle beach. Property owner was very responsive and all beach equipment was available. It was just what we needed!

All we needed

Our little efficiency was all we needed for the two of us to enjoy our anniversary trip and first visit to siesta key. The place was clean, the bed was comfortable, the kitchenette was stocked with new appliances, etc, the living room area was comfortable with a nice TV, there were beach items provided like a wagon, umbrella, towels, chairs, etc. for a great day at the beach. The beach was right across the street and the place has perfect access to the village and anywhere else on the island. It was really a great experience.

Amazing

We had an amazing time. The property was very clean, everything we needed was provided. The place had a home away from home feel. Walking distance to the most beautiful beach and walking distance to the village where ther are incredible places fo food, drinks and shops. We are definitely going back!!!

Siesta Key

Awesome location!! Perfect size cottage for the 2 of us. We loved the beach chairs, umbrella and float that were left in the cottage for us to use. The host communicated exceptionally well.
