A wonderful host, friendly, helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. The villa was spacious, plenty of room for 5 adults and 5 children to mix with each other or to have their own space. Location lovely and accessible to lots of interesting places. Enjoyed by everyone.

Lovely stay

We all enjoyed our stay in Miami Platja. The house was in a perfect location for our holiday where we would travel to the theme and water parks nearby along with a day trip to Solou and a couple of rounds of golf. All within 20mins of a journey. On our days off we would spend it by the pool and cook our meals in the evening in the well equipped kitchen that came with two large fridge/freezers. Nas was a really good host and always contactable throughout.

Quiet Location. Not much nearby but if you walked 20 minutes it was lively and the beach was there. Host always available and happy to help with anything.

Great Holiday

The size of the villa was great for our group of two families - The pool and outside space was excellent with plenty of space to enjoy the sun. We made good use of the BBQ and enjoyed eating outside due to the ample seating areas. The location of the villa was very good just a 5-10 min walk to restaurants and about 10-15 min to large supermarket and beach. Nas the owner was very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our holiday.

Amazing stay and fantastic host

My stay at Nas’s villa was amazing. Lovely peaceful neighbourhood with surrounding villas and a short walk to restaurants and the beach. Nas was extremely helpful prior and throughout my trip and ensured we had everything we needed for our stay. He went above and beyond which was very much appreciated. The villa itself has AC which was great and was clean and spacious. I’d certainly stay again.

Relaxing holiday

Nassym was really helpful prior to the holiday and well as during via WhatsApp. He helped us access additional bedding and covered the cost when our daughter was ill which was very kind. He helped us organise a taxi from the local train station and made sure we were able to contact a local taxi driver during our stay. The villa was big enough for us as two families and we spent lots of time in the pool having bbqs. There was a heatwave during the stay and while there was shade over the outdoor dining area some extra sun brollies would have helped us. The local beach, restaurants and shops were lovely. We really enjoyed the Saturday street market that set up outside the villa and we bought some very lovely fruit and veg so would recommend shopping from the market. Thanks very much

Could be lovely but needs a bit of attention

Good location. Property needs some attention. Nas was helpful and quick to respond to problems when we were there but we were disappointed to arrive to no basics on arrival such as bottled water, or soap and toilet roll in bathrooms. There were problems with water heater and we were without hot water for four days. It was a weekend so replacement sorted as quickly as possible but 8 people with no hot water obviously impacted our stay and anything by way of compensation rejected. Bit disappointed considering how much we paid for the week.

Good location but house tired

Miami plaja is a lovely area with Restaurant’s right on the beach. There is a beautiful coffee shop call La Gloria 10 mins walk from house. Nas is a lovely host who replies straight away to any communication. He recommended some excellent restaurants to us. The outside space and pool area in the villa are excellent .. lovely open space getting sun all day with great shaded area. The issue we have with this property is the house itself. It is very tired in need of significant updating and maintenance. We had to request a lot of things when we first arrived . Nas very quickly provided them all. These were things like a new kettle as the kettle was broken and falling apart, no hairdryer although 5 bedrooms and no iron. We needed an oven glove, wash basket and pegs..We were there 16 nights and with kids you are always going to be cooking and washing at some point during your stay. The single biggest reason we won’t return is that bedlinen and towels are not provided in this property. Before our arrival Nas emailed us saying linen and towels were not provided but we could rent them..We stated website does not specify this and as we are a small family he agreed to provide these but we needed to choose our beds .. ridiculous as property is expensive. On arrival Nas met us and showed us the towels for our stay..1 small towel and 1 larger towel each.. that was it .. nothing in the bathrooms and no pool towels .. we could rent more if needed.Not what you expect for the money we paid.

Airon, I find your assessment a little harsh and demeaning, I have tried to do my best for your comfort by providing sheets and towels (even beach towels), I have also provided a dryer and iron. This is an Iron holiday villa, not a hotel, where bed linen, towels, cleaning etc. are provided daily. Are insured every day. I did my best, it's a shame you judged me like that. Grande villa au calme

Très bon séjour en famille dans cette villa grande et propre. Les enfants (et les adultes) ont bien profité de la grande piscine. Propriétaire très sympa et très disponible (habite pas loin). Le coin est top si vous cherchez du calme. La plage est très grande et bien équipée. C’est une plage majoritairement de sable, ce qui est rare dans la région. Nous recommandons.

Die Lage ist top - Strand, Restaurant und Bäckerei fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Betten sind bequem und das Haus ist groß und sauber.Nassym ist ein top Betreuer - fühlten uns sofort wohl und er hat uns notwendiges unverzüglich besorgt .Fenster und Türen gehören renoviert und neue Liegen am Pool waren auch schön.

La casa esta estupenda. Por poner una pega le vendria bien una renovación de mobiliario, en cuanto a los colchones y amohadas. Por el resto genial.El menaje de cocina muy completo.A destacar de la casa, sin duda, toda la zona exterior. La piscina es incleible.La zona MUY tranquila y cerca de la playa (se puede ir caminando desde la casa sin problema,a unos 15 minutos caminando).Algo que nos guató mucho fue estar cerca de un playa canina (5 min en coche). Agradecer al propietario la estancia con dos perros pequeños.Los sabados por las tardes montan un mercado de ropa y fruta buenisima justo en la misma entrada de la casa.En definitiva, una estancia inolvidable.

De bedden, het zwembad, de airco en douches waren in orde en dit is heel belangrijk op vakantie. Het huis zelf is intussen wat gedateerd ; versleten zetel, vaste frigo in de keuken kapot, geen lounge meer buiten, ... kortom een paradijs kan je dit niet echt meer noemen en de foto's kloppen ook niet echt meer met de realiteit. Ook niet echt proper in het huis ; vooral in de keuken niet. Nassym zelf was aardig en behulpzaam,.

Angenehmes Feriendomizil

Unser 3-wöchiger Aufenthalt war sehr entspannt und erholsam. Nassym war sehr entgegenkommend und freundlich. Die Qualität der Betten war gut. Weitere Anmerkungen: Zwei der fünf Schlafzimmer (oberer Bereich) haben leider keine Klimaanlage. Deutsche TV-Sender sind leider nicht zu empfangen. Die Rollläden müssen zum Teil mit Vorsicht bedient werden.

Im großen und ganzen ein tolles Haus

Ein Tolles Haus die Verständigung mit dem Besitzer war problemlos. Leider hatte nicht jedes Zimmer eine Klimaanlage/Ventilator. Auch die Türen waren sehe schwer leise zu schließen, ebenso die Fenster. Pool war sehr groß, wir haben uns alle gefreut. Für jeden ( 7 Personen) gab es auch eine eigene Liege.

Pool Landschaft absolut empfehlenswert

Der Pool war der Traum, zum Strand sollte man gut zu Fuß sein. Es gab einen kleinen Einkaufsroller und der Besitzer hat uns einen Sonnenschirm und Stühlen geliehen. Der Besitzer ist sehr bemüht und gab uns Tipps zu Restaurants und Ausflugszielen. Die Küchen Ausstattung war soweit ok, es könnte noch eine neue Pfanne und ein Topf angeschafft werden. Leider war es nicht wirklich sauber im Haus und in den Zimmern. Gegenüber befindet sich eine Bar und eine Pizzeria die zu empfehlen ist.
