The apartment, with a surface area of 48 square meters, consists of a large bedroom with dressing room, a living room, as well as a bathroom with WC. It is located on the third and last floor (without elevator). Inside, you can enjoy all the modern comfort of a renovated and fully equipped accommodation. To guarantee your comfort, the apartment accommodates a maximum of 2 adults and two children.

The residence has a large park with many shaded parking spaces. The park is secured by a code gate.
The residence is located away from the hustle and bustle of the seaside. However, for your perfect comfort, the apartment is equipped with double phonic glazing and the bedroom overlooks the park, which will allow you to enjoy quiet and peaceful nights.

Our apartment is located in the Fréjus Plage district, 200 meters from Port Fréjus and 400 meters from the Capitole Beach, a few minutes' walk from shops (supermarket, bakeries, newspapers, banks and pharmacy) as well as many restaurants. and bars. Nearby, you can also take advantage of the François Léotard Leisure Center (Skate Park, Rollerblade and BMX track, football and basketball fields, kindergartens) and the Aqualand and Luna Park amusement parks (in season summer).

The old centers of Fréjus and Saint Raphaël (TGV station) are both located less than 2 km from the residence. Public transport (line 1 and shuttles C and D) allow you to quickly access the city centers.
The cities of Saint Tropez in the west and Cannes in the east (around 40 km) are essential destinations. Also, don't hesitate to take a trip to Italy (1h30 by car): Ventimiglia and its fabulous market await you to stock up on fresh pasta, creamy mozzarella and thinly sliced Parma ham. You can then push to the beautiful Sanremo to shop on Corso Matteotti and taste a gelato!
For nature lovers, the Esterel massif, the Verdon gorges and the Lac de Sainte Croix promise beautiful walks or canoe trips.
