We enjoyed our stay. If we could change two things, they would be the air conditioning was preset and it was a bit warm sleeping at night as the air didn't fully kick in and cool us until about 3:00 a.m. We could finally sleep with a cover on us. The second is that the bedroom needs some darkening curtains. Other than that it was a fantastic place and we would want to stay again.

Perfect location and beach access

The location was perfect. The beach access can't be beat and the views are amazing from the living room and the balcony. I was disappointed by the condition of the pool. It looked very dirty the entire stay. The unit is very quaint and homing feeling. The old style with modern touch is very inviting. You will need the small coffee filters as the coffee pot in the unit is the mini one not the one shown in photos. The water pressure is fantastic. However, along with the good there were a couple of cons. The bed was not comfortable and could use a new mattress. It was hot in the unit most of the trip. The thermostat automatically would adjust back to 73 from 70 during the night. I completely understand not wanting guests to turn the unit below 70 but the automatic changing made it stay hot. A ceiling fan or at least a floor fan would be helpful in the living room. When the air is on, it's nice but loud. It will blow right on you sitting in the couch. But it's not cool throughout other areas. I know it's an older building and that is probably why but additional circulation would be helpful. A new bed and air circulation would make this place a 10/10. I would recommend bringing your own chairs if you are the type to layout in the sun and want to roll over on your stomach. This unit is perfect for a couple or a couple with small children.

This was a very nice place to stay with a great view of the ocean, It was a nice quiet area which we enjoyed. We would stay here again!

This was a less than pleasant experience. Checking in was good and easy. When we arrived there were cleaning products sitting out in the kitchen, a dirty pot in the sink, a dirty mop in the shower and a nasty used towel in the kitchen floor, I took pictures and sent it to the management company, they apologized and had someone come clean that next morning. They showed up earlier than they said they would and we had to wait outside until they were finished. The management company uses ONE small plastic magnetic fob for beach access. The first morning the plastic part must’ve been damaged and fell off the carabiner clip. Replacing it was 300… which is absolutely ridiculous. They did bring us a new one, but not before someone called me to secure my 300. Everything about this visit was difficult. Luckily there was a public access right next to our property that we used. The morning we checked out, check out time was 10:00 am. We were packing the car up at 9 am and the cleaning lady came into the condo unannounced prior to check out time and proceeded to sit on the stairs outside our unit waiting for us to leave. Terrible experience. I will never book anything though paradise properties again.

Cute little place

Loved our stay! We booked this condo last minute the night before our trip and it was such an excellent find! We couldn't believe it was still available. It was a small little condo but the location was perfect. The surrounding area wasn't too busy and felt like a little bungalow beach town. Complimentary chairs and umbrella were the perfect addition.

We LOVED our stay!! It was perfect for our little family. Easy access to the beach and walkable to restaurants. We had so much fun and can’t wait to return. Our ONLY complaint was that the bed was uncomfortable, but the view makes up for it. :)

PERFECTION!

Everything about this condo was FIVE STARS!The location was great! Beautiful ocean views from the balcony. We were there the week before the 4th of July & this area of the beach was not crowded at all!This is the cleanest condo I have ever stayed in, there were plenty of towels & linens, & the kitchen was well stocked. I look forward to staying here again in the future!
