Peaceful, clean, and convenient
This condo was one of the better ones that we have stayed in! Everything was clean and in good condition. It's in a great location between Seaside and Rosemary - just a short drive to either. The host was easy to communicate with and helpful. We would stay here again!

Great Location
Had a restful week in September with family. Eastern Lake breached into the gulf, which caused the water to be brown for a couple of days. But the water and weather were amazing the remainder of the week. The location was great! Easy to get to good restaurants.

The pictures don’t do it justice
I’ve stayed on 30A many times and this condo offered the shortest walk to the beach ever. It’s literally steps away. The condo had everything we needed and check in was easy. We are planning to book again next year.

Engagement Trip
This location was the prefect place for me to propose to my future bride. The condo is right on the beach with very easy access. The sunset made the perfect backdrop for me to pop the question and create beautiful photos that will preserve our memories forever.

My wife and I came came for or annual 30A Beach Trip. We chose to book after reading the positive reviews. We were very happy with this beautiful on the beach condo. Clean, Bright, spacious. Great water pressure. Master bed solid and comfortable. Kitchen fully stocked. 2 big tvs. We look forward to staying again!

Fantastic location
My family and I had a wonderful stay at this condo. The location is incredible - beachfront on a quiet secluded street. The beach access was so easy and the balcony view was stunning. Parking was very easy, we always had a spot. Laundry is on the first floor but I didn’t have any issues with the machines (and I was thankful to be able to wash clothes). We didn’t have any issues during our stay. It was a wonderful vacation on the beach.

Anniversary Trip
We had a great time. The location is great, could not be closer to the beach. The only thing I would have liked different is if there was some beach towels, beach bag, coffee pods stocked in the house. We enjoyed it though.

Fantastic property
We had a wonderful stay in Donna’s updated condo (2 adults and 2 kids). Great location on the beach and the condo is very clean with a well stocked kitchen. Bunk beds and master bed were very comfortable. Good communication from owner. We will return next year!!

Perfect Place on the Beach!
We absolutely loved our stay. It is such the perfect town. It is relaxing but close enough to other cities that are full of stuff to do at night.

Repeat customer!
Donna's place is great! It's clean, comfortable and the location is everything. Wonderful view off the balcony. Pictures don't do it justice! The condo is well insulated. You can't hear anyone next to you at all and I love that the building only has 9 units. There's no elevator, just stairs, which I don't mind because then I can get some exercise while on vacation still. I recommend that as soon as you wake up, head to the beach to grab a spot to set your chairs and umbrella. The chair service guys start setting stuff up at 6am and they don't leave a lot of room for others. Overall, I love this spot because it's not as crowded as the surrounding areas. Such a gem!

Quite Perfect
My sister and I had a wonderful stay at Donna‘s condo. It has been beautifully updated and was very clean. The huge refrigerator and beautiful farmhouse sink was very welcomed in the kitchen. The towels and bed linens smelled fresh and were quite luxurious. It is a very short walk from the condo to the water. It is a beautiful place! Donna was very helpful, gracious, and kind. I know we’re all great experience!

Perfect getaway, amazed how busy it's gotten!
Very clean, perfect view, perfect weather, perfect beach. We haven't been to the 30A area in 20 years, and we can't believe how built up and crowded it is now. We decided to stock up on groceries and eat in rather that fight the crowds and pay ridiculous prices to eat out. As long as we were facing the beach, it couldn't have been better.
