Welcome to your Maui Retreat: Spend your perfect beach vacation at this completely remodeled third floor corner unit. At Maui Banyan P301, we provide all the comforts of home. It's the perfect place for a last minute weekend getaway or a family retreat to spend some quality time together to reconnect. We welcome you to share our home and make it your family tradition.
Managed by Maui Paradise Properties, a locally owned and operated, fully licensed real estate brokerage specializing in vacation rentals.

This condo was fantastic! The balcony was so great for coffee and to watch the axis deer in the lot next to us! Right next to the pool, right next to the best beach and food/ice cream. We stayed with our 3 kids and there was plenty of room very comfortable with all the amenities you need for a family vacation in beautiful Kīhei

We had an amazing stay at this condo! The room was very clean and comfortable, we were a family of 5, it had all the amenities you would need!The management was pleasant and accommodating from beginning to end. The location of this condo was perfect. Most nights we walked across the street to Kam 2 to watch the beautiful sunsets.. Every morning we walked to get coffee at the Java Lava & Cinnamon buns at the viral Cinnamon bun shop! Lots of good restaurants in the area. The Kīhei Food truck oasis was also a big hit most nights for dinner. We would definitely look to stay here again when we return!!

Stayed here for 8 days, 4 adults. The condo was centrally located near beaches, food, and shops which was a major plus for us. Also very clean.Perhaps this was my fault but the condo was extremely hot when we got there at check in time. The ac was able to cool down the shared areas by the following day. Maybe I should’ve asked if they could turn on the AC before we got there. Master bed room was advertised as no AC but no problem since it had a fan. All four of us could not get the ceiling fan to actually go fast enough to be cool. My boyfriend and I had to have one fan each to sleep during the night.My biggest issues were the supplies. The unit is advertised as having a washer and dryer, which was a major reason we booked this unit. For four adults who were constantly swimming, hiking, and sweating. The unit only gave 5 pods. If the washer was bigger to fit more it wouldn’t have been an issue. But the four of us had to pick and choose what we would wash and what we would take home. Also, only 4 maybe 5 trash bags. When I requested for more the hosts told me to go buy more. For a family of four with 2 adults and 2 kids, I think the pods and trash bags amounts would make sense. But for 2 adult couples who paid well over 2.5k to stay here, telling guests to go buy trash bags is a bit crazy. Only after ripping them a new one was I able to get more supplies. They told me it’d be there the same day but it wasn’t until I bothered them again the next day that we got it. 3.4/5

Perfect location, lovely space and exactly what we needed! The only hiccup was that the check in process was a bit confusing with the involvement of the office on the property. But it all worked out!

Great Location

Condo was nicely maintained and well stocked with kitchen supplies, beach towels, beach chairs, etc. The location was also nice and close to restaurants, shops and great beach access.

Attentive owners and great communication throughout. Only ding is that the Mattresses need upgrade (esp. King) but unit overall is excellent.

Comfortable 2 bedroom, 2 bath corner condo

Nicely decorated condo. The Lanai overlooks flowering bushes and trees! Across the street from Kamole Beach II. Walking distance to restaurants and shops…I would definitely stay here again!

Two weeks in paradise

Lovely property, literally a home away from home! Every possible amenity, beautifully designed and the most comfortable beds! So close to the beach, the pool and short walks to shopping and restaurants. Kehei is so pleasant and safe even in the evening and central to many attractions. Overall a 10 out of 10 experience 😀

Lovely unit.

This was a lovely unit that had plenty of room for our family of four. Great location - close to Kamaole beaches. Kitchen had everything you need. Beach chairs and umbrella available for use. We would stay there again for sure.

Excellent location family friendly

Maui Banyan is an excellent place to stay. The beach is across the street and close to several restaurants and shops. We had 4 people stay comfortably at this condo and we were all very pleased. There is a pool and hot tub. There were 5 beach chairs and a cooler available at the condo to bring to the beach. The only hiccup was that we did have to rent boogie boards and beach umbrella, which I thought would have been at the condo. I would return and recommend this location.

Family vacation

Location was great, close to the beach, shopping, restaurants. The unit we rented was nice. Only issues were the dryer did not work that well, took forever to dry clothes and the floors were not very clean, found some garbage under the bed. Would definitely rent from you again.

great location on Maui

Updated and clean condo 2 bedrooms sleeps 6. great location on Maui south coast in Kihei. Great laid back town with beautiful beaches and restaurants (including many food trucks). great for snorkeling and swimming and as a base location. 30 minutes from airport and north shore, 30 minutes to west Maui. quiet condo location with two pools and two hot tube locations. wuold be the first choice for rebooking on Maui.
