Short walk to slopes from this spacious 4 level townhouse with all the comforts of home! Features great room with cozy wood burning stove, WiFi, A/C, TV, DVD, VCR & games. Dining area has 2 large tables to accommodate group. Full kitchen & ½ bath are on the same floor. Outdoor deck overlooking mountain area includes gas grill & patio chairs. Many sleeping options for large groups (MAX of 10 adults or 12 in group if adults and children). Upstairs - loft bedroom with queen bed & full bathroom. Below the main level are 2 bedrooms (1st has 2 sets of bunks, 2nd room with queen bed, desk, TV), washer/dryer, & full bathroom also on this level. Lower level has slider door with access to parking lot & 2 rooms (1st has 2 queen beds behind french doors, 2nd w/ pull out couch). This area also has TV, DVD & Foosball table. High chair, pack & play, baby gate available. Clubhouse has indoor pool, jacuzzi, saunas, tennis court (indoor and outdoor), indoor basketball & weight room. Linens included. 25 or older to rent. No smoking or pets. No bachelor parties, or prom groups.


SUMMER STUFF: CAMELBEACH WATER PARK! this water park is at the base of Camelback Mountain and it is fantastic! A 30 second drive down the mountain and you are there!

INDOOR WATER PARK - Family Waterpark is about 20 minutes from the townhouse in Lake Harmony, PA. This complete indoor water park features attractions for all ages. The water park IS OPEN TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC. Overnight accommodations are not required for use of the park.

This home was perfect for what we needed. It is 4 stories but if you have littles, they have plenty of baby gates to help. It was close to everything worth going to and the host was personable and a great communicator.

Wine weekend

The area is surrounded by great wineries and myself and 4 of my girlfriends had a great stay at this property and also enjoyed the waterpark. Marc was very easy to communicate with, and even allowed us to stay a little late on our last day so that we could enjoy the waterpark longer.

Family birthday celebration

Overall a great stay. Marc was very attentive and informative. The beds are comfy. The rental was nice and the area as well. The kids had a lot of fun and thankful for the opportunity to rent this place for my niece and nephew birthday.

Pocono Weekend Stay

Stayed for a Friday to Sunday with the family and some of my sons friends. We were a group of nine and it was plenty spacious for all of us to have our own beds which was important to us. We stay at the same location every year because its very convienient to gear up and hop right on the ski trail from within the community.We did not have any issues and enjoyed our stay.

We had a great time!! The apartment was exactly as explained in the listing. There was a lot of space for everyone to move around. Marc was a great host. He was available when needed. We will be coming back!!

Perfect for a ski/snowboard weekend

Place was very clean and had all the amenities you could possibly need for a nice little weekend getaway. Host was very nice and answered every possible question I threw at him. Place was about a 3-5 min walk to the slopes and when you returned the house even had racks for your skis and snowboards to hang so the whole house was not a mess. Would definitely book this place again!

The condo was just as advertised. Easy walk to the ski slopes. Everything worked well, Heating, appliances, and all systems. Very clean and four bedrooms with multiple beds. The owner was easy to contact and helpful. Parking was easy

Easy slope access, Clean and comfortable home

Our recent stay at the quaint home near Camelback Ski Resort was truly delightful. The cozy atmosphere and comfortable accommodations made for a relaxing getaway. We especially enjoyed the convenient location. Everything was clean and well-maintained, meeting all expectations. The host was very communicative, and the check in and check out process was very simple. We highly recommend this charming home for a memorable vacation.

Thanksgiving Fun

We enjoyed the closeness to the indoor water park and the club house. We used the club house everyday. Each level of the house offered space for each of the 11 of us to do "our thing". The directions and communication with the homeowner were comforting and accurate. We even had snow one morning and went on a woodsy walking trail near the house.

We CANNOT tell you how AWESOME this place is! It is missing ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! Our kids came in CLAIMING their own space...of which there is LOTS of! Marc is the most responsive owner that we've EVERRRR come across. He makes sure that you are in the know about everything in the area. He does this thing with his eyes closed. Absolutely professional and pleasant to correspond with. Camelbeach Waterpark is within walking distance or a short 6 minute drive. This PLACE is the place to spend your vacation. The view is beautiful. And if you want to get your cardio on, the walk definitely will keep you in shape! DO NOT BYPASS THIS RENTAL HOME! Thank us later! 😊😊😊

Amazing stay on the mountain

Marc's house was a great find for us. 4 big bedrooms and a full kitchen allowed our big extended family to enjoy a great week together right on Camelback mountain. Easily walkable to the ski on slope. I look forward to staying there again.

Great property for our mixed party of adults and kids. Check-in process was easy and Marc was really accessible throughout. A short walk from the slopes but overall great place and we would stay here again.

Grew up in Ocean County and my first day of skiing was Camelback Mountain in the 7th grade (was hooked from day 1). Now reside in Bergen County. We use the townhouse a few times a year for skiing, snow tubing, waterpark, and family getaways.

Walking distance to the slopes, ski in & out room, views of the mountain, very private parking lot (only 2 other townhouses, where many others have a few dozen houses).

One of the only houses with a lower level ski in & out room. Most others you need to use the front door, and store your gear in the kitchen area or outside in the storage closet.

One of the few houses that allows you to ski in and out of the lower level (and not clog up the kitchen with a ton of gear and wet clothes).
VERY private section of the complex with only 3 houses in my parking lot.
