Detta är en perfekt plats för din semester eller en helt enkelt weekendresa. Det ligger bara 90 miles eller 90 minuter från New York City i ett lugnt samhälle med bekvämligheter. Det finns en Kalifornien King säng, två queen sängar, en full säng och två enkelsängar över sovrummen.

Hela året kan du njuta av vattenparkerna Aquatopia och Kalahari, Crossing Outlet Mall och andra gallerior i närheten av huset. Multiplex-biografen finns i ett av köpcentrumen så en filmkväll är möjlig om du känner att 130-tums projektorskärmen i hemmet bara är lite för liten.

På sommaren kan du ha kul på utomhusvattenparken Camel Beach, samt två stora samhällspooler, sjöstranden och flera lekplatser för barn.

Vinteraktiviteter som Camelback Mountain Ski Resort och Shawnee Mountain Ski Resort ligger inom 15 till 20 minuters enkel bilresa. Blue Mountain Ski Resort ligger också inom bekväm bilresa på cirka 40 minuter från huset.

Hemmet är utrustat med alla nya köksapparater inklusive diskmaskin, mikrovågsugn, kaffebryggare, brödrost och mer. Om du gillar att laga mat ute finns det en stor grill på däck. Tvättmaskin och torktumlare finns också att använda.

Musik- och filmälskare, det här huset är för dig. Vardagsrumsområdet har den nämnda 139-tums projektorskärmen. XBOX 360, CD- och DVD-spelare och till och med en vinylspelare. Det finns naturligtvis en platt-skärm, internetansluten TV i vardagsrummet och en i sovrummet också.

Gemenskapen är fylld med bekvämligheter. Det finns 2 pooler, tennisbanor, basketplaner, volleybollplaner, sjö med badstrand och lekplats och en sjö där du kan fiska.

För dem som är berörda av säkerhet, ingen oro alls. Inom en 10 minuters bilresa från huset finns det få akutvårdsanläggningar och ett helt nytt sjukhus.

Great Location

The space was wonderful for me and my family, we enjoyed so much the outdoor space, the firepit was very clean and plently of seating. The rooms and bathrooms were perfect for everyones use!

One of the best we ever stayed!

This property is located in a well-planned and maintained community in a great location. The house itself is clean and spacious, equipped with convenient features, and filled with fun stuff (especially for children).

Poconos

Easy to get in and out. Sandbox was not useable. Need better quality sand. Need more dishes. Nice outdoor area. Enjoyed lake & pool area. Needs better cleaning in some areas like lights and trim. Overall, would recommend.

Poconos trip for Family Wedding

Owner was very communicative, helped me with what I needed to pack. Adequate space for 7+ adults. Could use just a little more silverware and fry pans. Lovely deck and deer every day!! Features that were handy but we did not need to use: fireplace, grill, fire pit, jacuzzi tub. Peaceful and beautiful neighborhood! Close to a lot! Thanks Tom!!

September Stay in the Poconos

Very clean, nice and quiet property. My wife and I stayed for a week with our adult children joining us at various times for a few days. Outlets, golf and Mt. Airy casino were all a short drive away.

Relaxing getaway in the mountains

This property provided plenty of opportunities for outdoor fun. Our family enjoyed the outdoor eating area every night, the fire pit for s’mores, the nearby lake & pool areas for water fun, and our kids loved the playground out back (including daily visits from a deer family). We also enjoyed some hiking nearby. The weather was perfect for all our outdoor activities.

Excellent place to stay

I have been renting once or twice in Poconos area every year because it has so many things to do and it only take me a couple hours to get there. Comparing this house with other houses that I've been, this is one of the most modern houses. It also has three Roku TVs in the house. The owner is very responsive to our questions. I will definitely rent or recommend this house to my friends.

Another tranquil stay

This was our second stay at this house. We had such a pleasant time three years ago, the family insisted we go back to the Poconos and stay in the same house. The Poconos are peaceful, serene and clean, and this house is very modern and elegantly furnished. We used the community pool and rec center, hiked at Bushkill Falls and nearby Big Pocono State Park (highly recommend both). The consensus of five-star reviews pretty much says it all. Hope to stay there again some day in the future. Thanks again Tom & Olga!

What we experienced

Mattresses were comfy. Wi-Fi was good. Unfortunately, a culmination of poor housekeeping, neglected home maintenance, and a live wood tick in the master bedroom led to a lack of confidence that the European style bedding with no top sheets was actually clean. We left 2 nights early. Discussed with the owner after the fact, not asking or expecting anything. He was polite. He had explanations for most everything and assured us that the bedding was clean, but ultimately said I was at fault for not notifying him on the night we arrived. We were on vacation, and we didn’t want to spend any amount of time having to confront the housekeeper or owner.

Great House

We had four adults and two kids. There wasn't enough room for all of us to stretch out on the sofa. The master bathroom rain shower head was not working. The spigot was broken off. The ice maker in the fridge wasn't working and the ice tray was broken. The fridge door wouldn't hold anything without the guard falling off and everything falling out of the fridge. The motion detecting light outside by the front door kept flashing some nights. The neighbors were very loud and obnoxious. The pool was closed two of the days we were there due to them working on electrical issues. The lake was closed one day due to high E. coli levels which was a little scary and gross as we’d swam in it a couple days prior. Registering with the community was a pain in the butt. These were all very minor inconveniences and nothing to deter staying at this beautiful home. The projector screen was sweet. The master bed was insanely comfortable. There is a Keurig. The deer were magical. The firepit was awesome, especially since the week we went was unusually chilly. The rain shower upstairs was heavenly. The location of the house was great. Once registered getting in and out of the community was a breeze. Communicating with the owners was very easy. There are many adventures to get into. It was our best family vacation ever. Both relaxing and fun. Rejuvenating and we hope to return in the future.

Total Nightmare! Avoid Staying Here At All Costs!! Regret Regret!!!

I’m not sure why this was so highly rated. My guess is that the reviews are all fabricated. I would give zero stars if possible. To start off the driveway is a hill of rocks so good luck getting your car in and out of the driveway without damaging your tires. Once inside the light in one of the bedrooms did not work. It would not turn on at all. The owner said he would come by to fix it but never did so we were stuck in the dark for our whole stay. There were spiderwebs next to the blankets by the fire place, and the bedroom with the queen bed had water bubbles in the wall which can be an early indication of a mold situation, which is a cleanliness issue. Additionally, there was no hot water in any of the bathrooms so we were stuck with either lukewarm or cold showers. To make matters worse the tv had no instructions and as technology savvy as I am, it took hours to figure out how to operate the sound. None of us could figure out the tv sound situation. Finally, the worst part is the owner is not helpful at all with anything. I left a pair of $50 boots and a yoga mat and the owner refused to assist me with retrieving my belongings. He just kept saying the items were not there. I even volunteered to drive back myself to look but he insisted that my items were not left even though I am certain they were. If you are looking for a nice relaxing weekend do not stay here book another home. You’ll truly regret booking this house.

Perfect Spot!!!

We were a group of HS friends age 60+ coming together for the wedding of one friend's daughter at Stroudmour Inn. The house was perfect for what we needed and owners Tom and Olga thought of everything imaginable to make our stay easy and comfortable. Would recommend and would rent again on a heart beat!!!! Thank You Tom & Olga!!!
