Lovely studio for 2 - Paris Center Bastille

Located on the first floor of a quiet courtyard, our beautiful 17m² studio apartment is ideal for two people.

Our studio consists of a bedroom complete with a comfortable double bed, a living room, kitchen and a bathroom.

You will have all the essentials you need including heating, TV, Wifi, coffee maker, fridge, basic cookware, kettle, cutlery, coat rack, hangers, hair dryer and vacuum.

This home is complete with hotel quality linen, fresh towels and complimentary toiletries to make your stay all the more comfortable and enjoyable!

Please note the flat isn't adapted for people with reduce mobility and the bathrrom is somewhat small.

Guests will have access to the entire home.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

11th Arrondissement is very popular. Travelers can enjoy being near many touristic attraction such as Bastille, Le Marais or Le Louvres. It is well located as there are many public transport. It is near many monuments and strategically located a you will find many restaurants, shops, boutiques and supermarkets. Very authentic area of Paris.

Wonderful stay

The place may be tiny but the space is very well optimized. You have also everything at your disposal for basic cooking. In case you don't fancy cooking, you have plenty of restaurants and a market in the same street. I'd gladly stay there again !

Do not recommend!!

This property does not match its listing what so ever! Read kathleen’s review for a more accurate experience. We received the same run around just trying to get into the place, which took over 2 hours, multiple phone calls, emails, filling things out online including a sketchy deposit, then walking to convenience store to finally pick up the key. This was all while stranded in the streets of Paris after just arriving from a flight. Once we finally walked into the room, the sheets, towels, and tiny bottles of shampoo were thrown on a pull out love seat in a giant pile, dirty dishes in the sink, and an absolute mess. It was also way smaller then what’s listed, tiny is actually teeny tiny. We’re still in the process of trying to get a refund too. Both vrbo and guest ready are giving false information and not following through with call backs or escalating our issue.

Only for the young and stout of heart

I left after one night. The pictures on the website are not up to date, regarding entrance mostly, but also within the apartment. No privacy unless you lower the black out blinds which do not fully cover the windows. For an older person, this is not appropriate. The stairs leading to the apartment are steep and narrow. Carrying luggage up and down them was difficult and frankly a bit dangerous. The size of the apartment is not an issue. The website was clear about that, but be aware, to get into the shower, you have to sidle in, and to sit on the loo, you must do so crosswise or give up the use of your knees for a period afterwards. The neighborhood was fine, and access to transportation was good. The entire check in procedure needs to be rethought. After a long trip, the steps to getting the key are asking a lot. Also, someone needs to sweep the steps and entry at the foot. A very unpleasant welcome awaits, otherwise.

Terrible experience

From start to finish staying here was a nightmare. I paid on VRBO & was told I had a confirmed reservation but I didn’t not. If I had not double-checked & called someone in France ahead of time I would not have had anywhere to stay. The management company was slow to respond to messages. While I was staying there someone came into the apartment & dissembled the bed. This is a safety issue & I had no where to sleep for three nights & I did not even get a full refund on those nights that I had to sleep on the floor. Do NOT recommend.

Perfect little spot in a great neighborhood

Property was small but had everything needed for a wonderful stay in Paris! A lot of great food and bars just a short walk away. Residence was clean and fully equipped. Make sure to read the check-in instructions carefully, finding the property can be a little bit tricky. The step-by-step communication is very helpful. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend!

Petit tout petit studio

Le studio est vraiment petit. J’y ai séjourné tout seul et lorsque le lit est dépliée c’est difficile de bouger dans le studio. Et je ne parle pas de la salle demain…je suppose qu’à deux personnes c’est impraticable
