We loved our stay at Ravello. There were 4 of us but it could have easily accommodated 7/8. It was fully equipped, the host was extremely helpful and the view was amazing. We are all 60 years old and could manage the 150 steps to the main road and the walk to the Old Town and back every day but it was a challenge. We used an uber once and it was about 10 euros so that would also be an option.

We had a terrific stay. The home was extremely comfortable, well equipped and very quiet. It’s in a convenient location allowing access to the old town, grocery stores and many restaurants.Communications with the host was outstanding. Ensuring we were checked in, had everything we needed and solid recommendations on restaurants.

This property is perfection! Location is easy to get to and easy for being picked up for tours. Exactly as described, the view from the balcony is breathtaking and the rooms and beds comfortable. Kieran is wonderful to work with, quick to respond and has lots of helpful suggestions for enjoying this beautiful city. Perfection!

Everything was Great!

We spent a week in the beautiful villa. The view of the city and the sea is spectacular. Kieran is super friendly and helped with everything. We were even able to check into the apartment before check-in. I can only recommend everything.

Perfect space for a family

We had a wonderful stay at this Dubrovnik property! We were a group of six—four adults and two kids—and the space worked perfectly for our family.Our host Kieran was incredibly informative, generous, and attentive. He provided clear details before our arrival, helped us navigate the area with great local recommendations, and checked in to make sure everything was going smoothly throughout our stay. His thoughtful touches and prompt communication truly made us feel welcomed and well cared for.The home itself is comfortable and well-equipped, making for a great home base for exploring Dubrovnik. We especially appreciated the family-friendly setup, which made traveling with kids much easier.We highly recommend staying here and would absolutely return. Thanks again, Kieran, for helping make our time in Dubrovnik so memorable!

Amazing views, responsive host

The property is huge, with a lot of room for multiple people to spread out. After walking down the stairs to town, we opted to Uber for the rest of our trip. The apartment is centrally located to easily get to Lapad and Gruz, in addition to Old Town.

Just far enough from old town

Great property, with plenty of room for five including three teens. The house was well equipped and in great condition. Very easy access when approaching town in a car, and it was essential to have a parking spot. The site above the old town and ocean was perfect and peaceful. The walk to the Pile gate was easy, though a bit challenging back uphill in the heat if you made the trip several times in a day. Old town was busy so we were happy to be several minutes away.Kieran, the host, was especially helpful and accessible.

Great apartment with spectacular view

The apartment is high above old town with a terrace with panoramic Adriatic views. Walking to Old Town is downhill, with many stair steps, meaning that the return trek is uphill. Luckily, Uber is very inexpensive for the return trip for us older folks! Kieran is a gracious and responsive host, and check-in is simple. Be aware that Dubrovnik regulations (and this property) require you to carry your trash to public receptacles, the nearest of which requires going up and down 200 steps. We would definitely stay there again!

Villa Ravello 3 nights

We loved the villa. Best was sitting in the balcony overlooking the sea and sunsets. A very clean and well equipped apartment. Comfortable bedrooms. Communication with Kieran was prompt and very easy. I would highly recommend staying here for a relaxing Dubrovnik stay away from the hustle and bustle of the old city but still nearby to walk.

Amazing View Property

We stayed for 4 nights and thoroughly enjoyed the veranda which is the highlight feature of this villa.There is a dining section and lounge furniture, all with stunning sea/sunset/city-overlook views .The kitchen is very well-equipped (just note that like most European apartments, there is no microwave).The beds, bedding and furniture were all comfortable. The host even has door stoppers so you can enjoy the sea breezes without everything slamming shut!There is a washing machine and ample drying racks with clothes pins.The lovely views come from being perched high above the city and although there is shopping close by, it is accessed by a long set of somewhat steep stairs as is typical in towns with this topography.There is a bus stop just in front of the residence which is situated along a two-way street so driving access is more convenient than some other locations in town.Kieran was an excellent host with clear communication and lots of great suggestions on places to eat/visit. He personally walked us through all the features of the apartment on our arrival.Renters should note that in 2025 there is a new tourist tax on all accommodations in Dubrovnik and Kieran was able to collect/submit that on our behalf.We would definitely stay again!

Wonderful Experience

Kieran and his team were amazing! Kieran provided very clear and concise information about the property early on. The check in and check out process was super easy; we knew exactly what to expect. Kieran helped coordinate seamless transportation to and from airport. We had a hiccup with our families flight and Kieran’s driver Ivo was super accommodating and helpful. Accessing the downtown area was easy; you walk down the flights of steps which are literally right off the property. However we would Uber back as we were tired from walking all day. Kieran checked in with us throughout our stay to ask if we needed anything which made us feel attended and safe. The apartment was perfect for our party of four. We especially enjoyed spending time on the patio in the evenings and taking in the beautiful view. Overall we had a wonderful experience and highly recommend Villa Ravello to anyone visiting Dubrovnik! Thanks again, Kieran

Wonderful location overlooking the sea

The apartment is spacious and well provided with everything you will need. The host was very helpful with information and assistance. Enjoyed meals in the balcony watching the sunset. Just be aware that there are many steps down (and back) to the old town - catch a bus back!

Beyond Expectations

We were a group of 6 and everyone of us agreed the apartment was beyond our expectations and our host went above and beyond with restaurant suggestions, arranging airport pick up and staying in touch during our stay. The view from the spacious outdoor eating and sitting areas was spectacular. The walk down to the old town was charming and taxis easy to get if we didnt want to walk. Dubrovnik charm with spectacular views!

We loved our visit to charming Dubrovnik! Our host was available at all times and very responsive to our questions. We didn’t cook any meals but the kitchen appeared well stocked. It is about a mile down steps to the old town and a $8-10 taxi or Uber ride back up for those who are not hardy! The views from the balcony were the best in the city and we enjoyed watching sunsets with a glass of wine!

Amazing sunsets!

This beautiful property housed 6 adults easily and was all we needed for the four nights of our stay. Kieran was great and super helpful. The sunsets alone were worth the stay but Dubrovnik was also breathtaking and fun. We would stay here again when we’re back in the area.

Fantastic apartment - amazing sunsets!

We had a wonderful time at Villa Ravello. There was plenty of space and the apartment was even better than the photos suggest. The sunsets from the balcony were the highlight of our holiday! It is a fairly steep walk up to the apartment from the old town, but personally we enjoyed that as the ice creams felt a little more justified and the view was tremendous. The host is very responsive and helpful, and organised our airport transfers for us. Thoroughly recommend.
