Hi Patricia! Thank you for reviewing your stay. We’re disappointed that the bunk bed was not to your liking; we have passed your feedback on to the proper department for revision. Also, based on our records, you only contacted us the day before your departure, we returned your call, and it went to voicemail. And please be reminded that our company only provides guests with an amenity starter kit, and they are responsible for purchasing additional if needed. On the bright side, we are delighted that you enjoyed the beautiful pieces of furniture and the cleanliness of the unit. We hope to welcome you back for an improved beach vacation. Sincerely, Benchmark Management

Thank you so much for your feedback! We are happy hear that you enjoyed your stay at Dunes of Seagrove 201B!. We hate to hear that we failed you in our customer service. We pride ourselves on customer service and providing that to all of our guests. We do sincerely apologize that we failed you on this. We do see where you texted our text line and an automated review text was sent back, we apologize that we did not answer your text message. We are very grateful that you did those common checkout procedures anyway. We do hope that you will give us a second chance in providing you with excellent customer service along with the 5-star vacation you deserve! Kind regards, Benchmark Management

Hello Erica, We greatly appreciate your feedback. We certainly apologize for the inconvenience, but the call regarding parking was not made solely to be easier on the cleaner. When the cleaners arrived, all of the overflow parking was full, so even if they were to walk further, there was no option for them to park in order to clean the unit. We understand that it was not ideal to leave your lunch, but unfortunately there was no other space for the cleaners to park at the time. As far as toilet paper goes, we definitely try to be transparent that it's a standard in the industry to only provide a starter pack of amenities. Toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, and detergents are provided to get guests through the first night, but anything further is the guest's responsibility. We would love to accommodate you again, and are sorry that the parking issue left a bad taste in your mouth. We hope to see you for your beach vacation again next year. Sincerely, Benchmark Management
