Thanks for choosing to stay with us at this property. Please note that our team is always available to assist guests with any queries they might have prior to booking. Had you reached out to us prior to booking regarding the pet fee, we would have informed you of the amount. Please note that this fee is not per animal, it is the overall fee inclusive of taxes and everything. Thanks for the positive cleaning remarks as we truly do our best to maintain these properties. We are sorry for the inconvenience with the glass door. Please be reminded that our team is always here to assist with any issues guests might experience once brought to our attention. Had you notified us of the door during your stay; we would have sent our team out to assist, so you could enjoy the vacation while we do the work. We are happy that despite the aforementioned issues you had a lovely stay. We do hope we can welcome you again soon for a much better vacation experience we know we can provide. Regards Benchmark Management

Thank you for booking with us, Jenny. We regret that you did not seem to get the vacation experience you felt you deserved. Fortunately, no other guest has complained about seeing a roach in the unit, but we are sorry that this was your experience. Additionally, the comfort level of a bed is usually rather subjective, and we regret that this one did not align with your preferences. Lastly, our agents are only able to make predictions regarding how crowded the public beaches might be based on patterns they have observed over the years, but they can never guarantee a particular outcome; we truly wish that you had gotten the beach experience you desired but hope that you were still able to enjoy your stay. Regards, Guest Relations

Thank you for sharing your feedback about your recent stay. We understand your frustration with the changes to beach access and the increasing crowds, which are unfortunately state-mandated issues beyond our control. We appreciate your perspective and hope you might consider exploring one of our many beachfront rentals on your next visit. These properties may offer a different experience and provide easier access to the beach. Thank you again for your comments, and we wish you the best in your future travels. Sincerely, Benchmark Management

Thank you for your honest feedback. We are glad to hear our team was responsive and helpful during your stay. However, we are very sorry the bed, sofa, patio door screen, and stairs did not meet your expectations. Your concerns are important to us, and we have shared them with our maintenance and management teams to address these issues promptly. We appreciate you bringing these matters to our attention and hope to provide you with a much improved experience in the future. Regards, Benchmark Management

Sally, We are glad you enjoyed the location of this property and the pool! We are truly saddened to hear of your dissatisfaction with the unit. Our records indicate that we were never contacted regarding any issues while on your stay. Please do not hesitate to call us if anything arises during your trip. We would love the opportunity to right any wrongs that may take place during your stay. We will pass along the updates you believe this property could benefit from to ensure all future guest satisfaction. We hope you consider staying with us again, we would love to provide you with the 5-star vacation we strive for here at Benchmark Management. Sincerely, Benchmark Management UPDATE: Since your stay, we have increased the standard for our cleaners, following those with inspections and calling cleaners back to do the job properly when our standards are not met. The couches have been professionally cleaned more than once since the summer of 2022, and the owners have replaced the appliances and countertops! We'd love to have you back to stay in this unit with a whole new experience.

We greatly appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback as we aim to continuously improve our guest experience. It saddens us to hear you were disappointed with your stay. When we received communication from maintenance we were not aware of a portable air conditioner being available. Having no A/c is an urgent matter in our eyes, so we wanted to assist you quickly. We had decided to provide you with the option of moving to another unit or being refunded for the remainder of your stay if you chose to go home as we felt those would be the best options. We were unaware of any issues at the newer unit until you communicated that to us and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused to you and your husband. We can assure you we wanted nothing more that to get your stay back on track. We even extended the discount for the new unit in hopes it'd be an upgrade, but understand it didn't meet expectations either. We always aim to provide guests with 5-star stays. Unfortunately, we do falter from time to time. We truly hope to welcome you back in the future to provide you with a truly amazing beach vacation. Sincerely, Benchmark Management

Thank you so much for your thoughtful review! We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the condo, the views, and the convenient walk to the beach. We also appreciate you bringing the ants and extra bedding to our attention during your stay so our team could address them right away. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we’d be happy to welcome you back again in the future!
