Rollin Tide C4ever! is a great choice for a couple or a small family. This 1-bedroom unit is conveniently on the ground floor with views of the pool from the patio. The bedroom includes a queen bed and TV, plus a set of built-in bunks at the front of the unit that are perfect for kids.

Rollin Tide C4ever! comes with all of the conveniences you need for a beach vacation including free Wi-Fi, streaming, a washer and dryer, and a great location. You can prepare meals in the kitchen or enjoy the variety of nearby restaurants. This is a place where you can make a memory maker with every stay.

Beach Access:
Seagrove Beach Regional Access is located just 0.2 mile from the complex, about a 4-minute walk or a quick 1-minute bike ride or drive. This public access offers convenient entry to the shoreline, along with parking for 23 vehicles, dedicated bike parking, restrooms, ADA accessibility, and rinse showers.

Rollin Tide Villas:
Rollin Tide Villas is a family-friendly complex featuring a large community pool and BBQ grills. A short walk brings you to the white sand shoreline, making it easy to spend your days by the water. Enjoy nearby activities such as kayaking, paddleboarding, or biking along the 30A path. You are also just a short distance from the well-known coastal town of Seaside, offering dining, shops, and local attractions.

If you’re looking to explore beyond 30A, this location places you between Panama City Beach and Destin, both offering a wide range of restaurants, shopping, and entertainment options.

Your stay at Rollin Tide C4ever! comes with Xplorie’s best activities! one ticket per day, per activity! (over $800 in nightly value) Tee off at Emerald Bay or Regatta Bay, zip through Baytowne Adventure Zone, and sail on the Sea Blaster Dolphin Cruise. Enjoy Big Kahuna’s Water Park, Black Light Mini Golf, and scenic bike rides with complimentary rentals. Explore 30A with ease and adventure!

An initial Benchmark signature box of amenities is provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 1 pack of kitchen wipes and liners for each trashcan plus 2 washing machine pods. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of facial and bath soaps/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom.

Wonderful!

This is our first time renting a condo. They were amazing since the booking. Great communication, great location, super clean. Comfortable beds, well supplied kitchen. 5 min walking distance from the beach. I definitely recommend this location and benchmark properties thank you for helping us to make great memories! Great place

Unit was just as expected. Clean and nicely decorated. Perfect size for our family of 3. Location is great, biking distance to Seaside and great restaurants. My only complaint would be the public beach access near by only had a very small sectioned off portion of the beach available to the public, had to get there early to get a good spot. Other than that it was great, the pool was a nice to use in the evenings.

Reviewer Comments: I like the place, all good but we were a little disappointed about the cleaning. the shower curtain was crooked and old, dust in some places ( filters above washing and drying machines, filters inside the room ) the toilet seat was stained and dirty, the mirror was splotchy, there were dirty handprints on the walls, the bed was missing the skirt, no hangers, the wall bed frame had yellow stains, and the floor looked like it hasn't been washed in weeks. we can send pictures .

Spring Break 2023

We enjoyed the condo. Clean and convenient. However our plans changed. I originally booked the condo from Saturday to Saturday but something came up and we could only be there Sunday to Thursday. I called on day 58 and requested the change so we wouldn’t be charged for the extra two days. I was told no. The cut off is 60 days. I was two days late. It seems for customer satisfaction the company would have been lenient and refunded the two nights. Disappointed with their response and unwillingness to help us out.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I haven’t stayed in an apartment like condo with no sound barriers in a very long time. Being on the first floor, I thought someone was gonna fall through the roof. It was spring break and I know teenagers and young adults are out there to have fun, but the parking lot got trashed nightly and I never saw any staff there to pick up. The heated pool was nice for the early spring break cool weather, but there was a lot of debris in the pooland as a pool owner, I know there wasn’t enough chlorine.

Overall Good Experience

The location was what we were looking for. Not likely a place we would stay in the summer, mainly because it isn't big enough for family. Access to the beach was ok, but when we go in the spring we don't spend as much time on the beach anyway. Great distance for bike rides into Seaside or even up towards Seacrest/Rosemary. Overall, the inside of the unit could use a deep clean and a freshening up. For example, after showering, walking through the condo my feet turned black from residual dirt. There was debris left on the stairs in the bunk beds, and we didn't use the bunk beds or have kids there. It looked like glitter and pieces of plastic. Could have used a coat of paint as well. We had a great week and enjoyed our stay, so overall it was a good experience.

Condo near the beach

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Good location, near the beach and restaurants. The unit itself was clean and smelled good as we entered. Washer and dryer was a big plus but the place is lacking in other areas. Everything in the kitchen looked like it was purchased at goodwill. Most things were pretty old, almost broken and falling apart. The dinner plates didn't match, pots and pants were scratched up making it difficult to cook. Bedsheets were new and very clean but the mattress was not that comfortable. The AC unit broke down while we were there. I contacted the management company in the morning about it, they did take all day to fix it but they did fix it. The management company gives you barely anything to work with in terms of cleaning supplies. Everything was sample sized (sample size dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, one roll of toilet paper, one sample size shampo/and conditioner). We were traveling to this beach location with our family, would it hurt them to leave more of everything? You can literally buy a decent size dish soap at the 0.99 store. No salt and pepper - there was nothing in the kitchen that you could use to cook, nothing. This is the 1st air b and b that I have stayed in that did not even have salt and pepper available. You know other guests leave that behind and it would have been nice not to have to leave the property as soon as we arrived to buy salt, pepper, toilet paper, dishwasher soap, etc. This unit is very close to the beach, we were staying one week and there was no vacuum in the house. The broom was falling apart. I was there with small kids so keeping the place clear of sand was a bit of a challenge without a vacuum or a usable broom. Or and you can hear everything happening around you. You can hear the guests upstairs and whoever is walking around outside. The place has potential but needs some tlc.

Beautiful place!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were so pleased with our stay. The place was immaculate and just perfect for our party of two. We found that the public beach access right down the road was actually easier so we used it instead of the beach access across from Tom thumb. I would definitely rent this place again. I would say the only downfall Was the neighbors above us. You could hear everything but they were quiet at night.

summer kickoff

this was perfect for my daughter and a friend and I for a long weekend to kick off summer! location was easy to the beach, and getting out for restaurants and we went to Seaside for entertainment but nice not to stay in the area that crowded.

Good stay

Clean apartment at a good location. Make sure you bring extra toilet paper if you’re staying more than a couple days as they only provide one roll

Hi Jacob, Thank you for the wonderful review. We are glad you had a good stay at our property. The location is close to a lot of shops and restaurants. We do just provide a starter kit for our guests. It includes one roll of toilet paper, one roll of paper towel, small shampoo and conditioner, a pod for the dishwater, and a small tide pod for the laundry. We can't wait for your return!
