BeachCrest in beautiful Seagrove Beach is the perfect spot for vacationers that are looking for tranquility and a relaxed atmosphere. Indulge yourself in awesome panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico from your own 9th floor private balcony.

BeachCrest 903 has a well appointed kitchen with granite counter tops, tile floors throughout, modern furniture, tall beds with great mattresses and 3 flat screen TVs, all with cable hookup.

* Saturday to Saturday rental in Summer season.
* Gulf-Front Pool: Heated Nov 1 - May 1
* Complimentary beach service; 2-chairs/1-umbrella set up March 1st to Oct 31st only (weather permitting)
* Parking for 2 cars
* BeachCrest is a smoke-free and tobacco-free property.

An initial Benchmark signature box of amenities is provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 1 pack of kitchen wipes and liners for each trashcan plus 2 washing machine pods. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of facial and bath soaps/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom.

Beautiful view, accommodation not so
Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The fire alarm kept going off at the slightest use of electricity, (e.i.plugging a hair dryer) it was very annoying, called the service number no one called back.Had to unplug the battery.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay but the unit needed a deep cleaning. The area rug in t v area was filthy . The furniture was just ok and as with most rental units the furniture takes a beating . The bed was comfortable and sheets were soft and we had plenty of towels.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, we enjoyed our unit. The unit could use some updating. There were two big negatives for me. When I turned on the oven to 350 to cook fish, every time I opened it the smoke alarm went off. Told the desk and they sent someone up who didn’t check it, just said if it happens again let them know. So after 2 attempts I gave up. The bed in the master is comfortable BUT HIGH. I am short and have hardware in my back. First night slept in 2nd bedroom then went to Ace Hardware and bought a stool. I feel like a stool should be in the condo. That’s how I got in bed every night. I knew to bring extra paper towels and TP. Unit needs more towels do you are not doing laundry daily.
