The spacious swimming pool (11 x 4 m.) Is bordered by a large terrace for sunbathing. The green mosaics are part of the decor and the salt treatment is a guarantee of pleasure and safety.
The large living room is divided into 4 parts, entrance with sitting area, living room overlooking the patio with a large bay protected by a wrought iron gate, dining room and another secluded sitting area. A bedroom on the ground floor equipped with a fan offers a magnificent four-poster bed. Kitchen, bathroom and separate WC complete the ground floor.
A beautiful staircase goes upstairs where there are 4 bedrooms all equipped with reversible air conditioning (hot / cold) and a toilet area with sink. Another bathroom, a shower room (3 showers) and a WC open onto a corridor and large hallway.
The house is located on the edge of town a few hundred meters from the center. You can walk there to stroll, shop and eat in the restaurants. A typical local market is held twice a week. Cala Santanyi beach is 3 km away, accessible on foot or by car without traffic or parking problems. Many beaches and calas can be reached in a few minutes by car.
